I've searched & searched for the thread about one of KC's frist calls to CA from jail, where KC says "Don't worry I haven't said anything." We all know that could mean any number of things, but my thoughts have been that she hadn't "said anything' about the fight on evening of June 15, 2008> Because I thin in CA's eyes that could be motive. I could be way off base, and I am sorry I'm posting this here but I couldn't find the thread. So if someone finds it can yo kindly direct me to it? TIA Any thoughts on that by the way???

When CA says "we don't want to lose another one" - could she be referring to another birth? or a miscarriage? Is there a way to find out if KC was ever admitted to the same hospital for a previous delivery?

I am forgetting some of the key facts in this case, but didn't an ex girlfriend of Lee's have an abortion ? I always thought that was what Cindy was referring to when she made that statement.

That is the journal that has Casey's handwriting and a date that looks like "08" - Cindy gave it to Conway and he eventually turned it over to LE when they asked for it. Conway talked about it on LKL when he was on the show with the Anthonys.

I am going to guess this has been discussed and I've missed it, or it's an obvious answer and I'm too stupid to know it, but... once Casey is convicted and sentenced after all (God willing), her calls and visits to jail are still public record, right? I mean, five years could go by and Cindy could visit her and somebody (Muzikman?! haa) could request a copy of it, right?

Was any discovery ever released with pictures from the cameras that were found in the A home and in the woods on Suburban near the remains site?

Did any forensics ever come out regarding the Kindercare sign? Or the white board that RK saw over the top of the remains?

Were the pictures that LE showed to GA that upset him ever released in discovery? I know we speculated about which pics they might have been but don't remember ever hearing officially.

Was DNA ever released on the contents of the crystal light container, or any other forensics on the container itself or any of the other items found in that bag (the trash bag in the Pontiac trunk that also had the napkins with "grave wax".) Thanks in advance!

What is the status of the Morgan & Morgan case Z.Gonzales v Casey Anthony?

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Judge Jose Rodriguez has set a three-week trail docket beginning Aug. 29, 2011, in the civil case against Casey Anthony.

The move means the trial will begin sometime from late August until mid-September of next year, which would be shortly after the conclusion of Anthony's murder trial, if it proceeds as scheduled on May 9, 2011.

The civil trial is expected to last five days.

Rodriguez referred the case to mediation, which must be completed before pretrial hearings.

They must have interviewed him because he is on the State's witness list. He was deposed June 2010. AFAIK, there is no transcript or audio available online.

That reminds me, where can I find the file in the latest doc dump about Mallory's phone being used by Casey? TIA!
