When the "new" videos came out (of the much younger baby), it was because the parents told a reporter where to look for them on youtube. They didn't hand the video over to a network - they just told some random reporter where to find them. That doesn't sound like they were money-grubbing.
Saying "just my opinion" because I don't have time to go find the article.
Who besides family/friends of DB and JI would go to youtube to look at video of Lisa? I had never heard of these people prior to the news about Baby Lisa's disappearance! There were probably very few people who accessed those videos via youtube before DB pointed MSM to them.
I didn't say anything about "money-grubbing", but I'm sure that someone advised DB and JI that major networks would pay for the rights to use family photos/videos. jmo
