The news article from 2 days ago features the former administrator of one of the larger LM fanbase on Facebook apologizing. She made news about 7 days ago for publicly praising LM. http://news.nationalpost.com/2012/06/21/luka-rocco-magnotta-facebook/

What's interesting from her apology news article is that it shows that LM had friends of real people (non sock puppets) online, as Ms. St. Denis is one and that they maintained communication up to, according to the former administrator, right before he was apprehended in Germany.

I think the article shows some interesting aspect of how LM influences people.

i found this timeline of luka and apologize if it is already posted, and it has an extensive list of all his online persona's...my personal feeling is he planned this murder long ago and set up alot of confusion on the internet, he contacted a lawyer and told said lawyer (romeo salta) that somebody named 'manny' forced him to kill those cats on the video (someone is setting him up to take the fall)...this seems to be some recurring theme with him, he says people are impersonating him and stalking him, but i don't think he is delusional, i think he was pretty calculating in building his defense of what he planned to do...he was highly interested in serial killers and serial killers in movies, he loved hannibal lecter and i have to wonder if jun lin's head might be soon located in a storage locker...

Hope she isnt lying, because I reported her to the police for having contact with Luka while he was on the run. Luka often spoke in half-truths. If she is telling the truth then there is a possibly that the police may want to see what he said to her while he was on the run.

If she is lying; as I suspect she is, she'll have to deal with it.

Do you honestly believe this girl that he contacted her and asked to have this page made? Something is not right here. Why would he do that after the long record of him making all these webpages by himself. I don't believe her.

So many sick people out there, that want *their* 15 minutes of fame. And not thinking of the consequences! Now her whole "business" is out there--complete with full name, photos, family photos, name of the town where she lives. I mean--are these people brain dead?
What happened to all the years of teaching our kids to be "safe" online? They are putting the welfare of their families in jeopardy, not just their own. How selfish and egocentric.

What is also very interesting is the date of this article ... May 24th, the day/night of the murder.

But what he's going to do is to say that he was framed by Manny--that no one in their right mind would provide all that evidence for his own crime. And in the process, he may also be building an insanity defense, because if he believes he was framed but there's no evidence for it, then he's delusional. ...I've come to realize just how psychotic Luka is.

On May 24th and May 25th he was busy on RipOffReport and Scaminformer posting a few different reports, I do believe we're already discussed them here. It's weird to me to think that he was posting these things on the day he is filmed murdering poor Lin Jun

i truly believe he wants to be compared to the big names: manson, dahmer, bundy, homolka......his two personas: im hot and awesome and loved by all vs. im the most evil psychopath ever to live - know me. fear me. remember me.

he works hard on building up those personas.....
and well it works....he DOES have fans whether one wants to believe it or not...even killers in prison have women falling at their feet sending them letters and starting relationships with them.

Yes, it hints of boosting his name and infamous rep, and apparently he was preparing his big production that night, then fled the country. Seemed calculated.
