i think it's required that anything like this be the originals too. i read somewhere that's the law.

we had a very informative discussion awhile back with AZ lawyer about these letters and what happened with the DT withdrawing right after it was determined they were forgeries (and i think that's according to the FBI.)

i wish AZ were here to remind me of it, but his (her?) legal opinion was that those letters will not come in and that some of her old DT got in big trouble over them too.

AZ is a beautiful woman, much like all of us Websleuthers. she and another WSer were the ones that were on national television when it came out of the searches on Casey Anthony's computer this past year... they found the day of the drowning ...they found some very compelling evidence which hit the mainstream media as a result. we are not allowed here to say her name though. or the individual in the Northeast is a man either. both are part of this group.

Yes, he did change it. He was talking about GTA for awhile then Wilmott asks if this is what Jodi has, he says no. I am thinking he changed it when he realized Disassociative Amnesia sounded better and made more sense. NG also talked about him changing up his diagnosis mid testimony.

It seems like he changed it DURING the trial, right? I mean, why waste jurors' time going on and on about it then say she does NOT have this???

No worries. You know, it wasn't clear if he was saying she had GTA and changed it or if he was just giving a lecture on different amnesias and really liked to hear himself talk. But it it was funny when NG was talking about it. He goes on and on about it and then when he is finally asked if this is what she has, he says, "no." It was just a waste of time, but hey, it did give us that funny bad haircut question. So something good came from that non sense.

I can only report back what's been told me straight from a reliable source many times. With a bit of head shaking I might add...how a Victim's Advocate can go to the dark side of Mit. Specialist. I have had many conversations about Maria with Nicole on this very topic. I trust she knows what she's talking about and who's who.

I agree. My mom used to have a customer whose granddaughter was total goth, and she was a sweetheart, very smart too.

She was shy and a little awkward and made friends with a group of kids who liked to dress up as goth, but they were all good kids. Played video games, dust drink and party, etc.

I don't think someone should be judged by their appearance. Everyone is unique and finds beauty in different things. And a lot of kids go through a "goth phase" as you said.

When JA first said goth, I thought Marilyn Manson- which was my goth phase. The way she described the dude- puffy white shirt and poofy curly hair- he sounded like a swash buckling pirate. Unless I misunderstood, but I remember her meaty paws doing the ruffles and the curls.

I've asked that and some posters told me to google Jodi Journals, Jodi Texts etc. Some info comes up but not a whole lot. I want the whole story but we aren't ever going to know because Jodi is a liar, a thief and a murderer.

It's weird though, right? it's almost like, truly,he's making this up as goes along. He even gave stats on TGA...shaking my head. I think this jury will just throw out all of his testimony calling it unreliable. I think their questions indicate they are headed in that direction. IMO

Hmmm. Come to think of it, it's hard to believe that Travis wouldn't start locking his doors after the stalking and tire slashing started.

So all we have is the word of a pathological, psychopathic liar, and what reason do we have to believe her about this when she has lied about pretty much everything else. None. So she either broke in to the house, had a key, or he did in fact leave his doors open. If he did, I think it's because he was feeling comfortable with her hundreds of miles away in Yreka. I totally agree with you. There is absolutely NO WAY she was expected and I also believe that there definitely wasn't as much sex going on in their relationship, as she would like us to believe. She brought the gun and the knife (still not sure if there was a sexual encounter that afternoon) and there was NO rope. Her testimony was so scripted it wasn't funny .. but she has had several years to go over different scenarios. Gah!!! Don't get me started. I am so agitated right now .... And .. just a quick comment for discussion. She remembers the shot, she remembers basically nothing after that until she got to the desert. BUT she remembers dropping the knife and maybe putting it in the dishwasher (which was right in the middle of her dissociative amnesia attack). Hmm?
