Video images taken early Monday morning appear to show New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez together on Fayston Street in Boston with a Dorchester man whose bullet-ridden body was discovered later that day in a North Attleborough industrial park near Hernandez’s house, according to two law enforcement officials.

<snipped>
“He was killed where they found the body,” said one law enforcement official. “He was shot multiple times.”

He's seen with the victim, destroys his HSSystem and hires a cleaning company to come to his home?! Ummm. :jail: Imoo doesn't look good.

It looks like they were able to retrieve video of him coming into his home around 3am. That to me is almost enough circumstantial evidence. Supply me a motive and I'd convict.

We are flabbergasted. He is a sweet kid. We are holding out hope that he'll be cleared, but things don't look good.

...In a surprising twist, this appears not to be the case with the five-year, $40-million extension signed by New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez in August of 2012. Upon close reading of his contract language -- and after confirming the development with an expert -- the "failure to perform" or "failure to practice" clause that appears in similar Patriots extensions is not present. This means Hernandez might be able to keep nearly $2.5 million of the deal, even if legal troubles prevented him from taking the field....

Approximately one dozen law enforcement officers with crime scene analysis equipment and two police dogs spent almost four hours at the home of Hernandez on Saturday, arriving at 1:45 p.m. and leaving at 5:30 p.m. Eastern time with several brown bags presumed to contain evidence.

Fox 25 News reported that neighbors heard shots fired between 3 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. Monday. Video surveillance footage showed Hernandez and two other men wearing hooded sweatshirts entered Hernandez's home shortly afterward. Hernandez was seen at Lloyd's home an hour earlier.

It seems like they have yet to find the gun. At least that's my best guess at why they're still searching so intensely.

per HLN- Hernandez led away in a cruiser in handcuffs this morning.
