holy crap.

why would his arms be inside his shirt like that? I can't imagine this wasn't a planned 'give himself up' scenario with his lawyer present so it's not like they would've caught him while he was dressing

Patriots Release TE Aaron Hernandez from Team

The Patriots say in a statement: “A young man was murdered last week and we extend our sympathies to the family and friends who mourn his loss. Words cannot express the disappointment we feel knowing that one of our players was arrested as a result of this investigation. We realize that law enforcement investigations into this matter are ongoing. We support their efforts and respect the process. At this time, we believe this transaction is simply the right thing to do.”

Plainclothes officers went to the front door and were greeted by a shirtless Hernandez. About five minutes later, Hernandez was escorted from the house with a white T-shirt pulled over his hands, which were cuffed behind his back.

I can't shake the feeling that IF he didn't do it (although, wow, I mean talk about master frame job if he didn't), he has to be cultivating that "no snitch" mentality. I mean, this is all my opinion. But it smells like 1 of 3 things to me.

1. He did it and is guilty as hell.
2. Someone did one hulleva frame job on him, who did he piss off?
3. He's covering for someone, thinking no way they could charge him.

If it's #3, he screwed himself. All of this stuff coming out, the rental cars, being seen together at the club, being at the victims house and people seeing him leave/return home after the shots, honestly, he runs a really good chance of being charged and convicted with the obstruction charge or murder charge. There is just SO much that look bad right now.

To top that off, a woman has lost her child, her child was not only murdered, but executed. She will never hear him laugh, feel his hug, or cook him another meal. Hernandez has a newborn. At what point in your life do you grow up and do the right thing? (and this only pertains if it isn't #1 or #2 above.)

I get so frustrated when I don't have any idea what is going on lol i'm a bit :blushing: nosey so, if I offended anyone with my post, I sincerely apologize.

FOX 25 Boston reports Aaron Hernandez will go to Bristol County jail after arraignment with no bail. Could mean murder charge

The fact that Hernandez lawyer was not told of impending arrest suggests a very serious charge, not simply obstruction of justice. They sent seven officers in several cars
So says a defense atty on NFL network

I see a shot of a parking lot and background (media?) noise ...

are they waiting for him to be transported into the parking lot?

will it be live inside the courtroom when it starts?

guess they don't care about the presumption of innocence

if, just for the sake of argument, charges are dropped or he goes through a trial and is found not guilty, would the organization be required to compensate him in any way or give him his job back?

I think he's there - two more cars just pulled up
