District Attorney Morrissey said his office would provide the arraignment date as soon as it was finalized by Norfolk Superior Court. Walshe remains held without bail.

In Massachusetts, a conviction of murder in the first degree carries a mandatory life sentence in prison without the possibility of parole.

The Disappearance of Ana Walshe: A FOX 5 Special | FOX 5 DC

On January 1, 2023, mother and D.C. realtor Ana Walshe went missing. Her husband, Brian Walshe, was indicted for her murder last week. FOX 5's Jacqueline Matter will take you step-by-step through what investigators found, and whether the state has what it needs to move forward with its case – even though Ana's body has never been found.

They're in foster care.
  • The children are in foster care, "they are friendly faces," the children are together, and relatives are involved.
  • Hans (the family dog) is also in foster care with a retired police officer.
  • Video is from 2 months ago.
Thank you for replying. Thankfully the children are together and the family dog is in good hands.

OK, I hope there is zero truth to the notion that the children are with BW's mother. In her own words, this would not be a wise choice.

Walshe, 48, a father of three, is expected to be arraigned in Norfolk Superior Court at 10 a.m. on April 27 on indictments announced late last month related to the murder of his wife at their Cohasset home.

Walshe had been initially scheduled to appear in court again on Tuesday, but the court date was changed to April 27. Court officials have also extended the impoundment of search warrant materials through the planned April 27 court appearance.

Now wondering IF he still has a status hearing via Zoom on 4/4/23?

Anyone? TIA! :)

@Niner -- confirming the 4/4 date was scratched as previously thought, and the new date in Superior Court is 4/27 at 10 AM. :)

So BW had a status hearing for the probate matter regarding his dad's estate and his wrongdoing here-- only to learn his attorney withdrew from his case a month ago! But BW is great at pretending. He knew. JMO
Mini-shades of Alec Murdaugh, this guy, IMO, hiding his malfeasance and crimes as long as he can get away with it and then thinking he can just play dumb about all the moving parts and pieces as his evil deeds catch up with him.

But BW is even creepier than AM in some way I can't quite put my finger on, except for maybe he lacks some of the polish & finesse that AM inherited from growing up in a powerful family and dynasty type of environment.

Though I'm not sure which or if one of them is the worse human being -- the unpolished or the polished t*rd.

MOO
