Thank you @Gardenista and @PommyMommy -- I didn't get very far viewing. Just felt overwhelming sadness for her babies.

According to court documents, Walshe had little to say when investigators confronted him about the searches during a Jan. 8 interview at the home of his lawyer, Tracy Miner.

An affidavit from Massachusetts State Police Trooper Connor Keefe, filed in Quincy District Court, reads:

"Brian offered no explanation other than the iPad belonged to his son. Trooper D. DiCicco asked if his 6 year old was of average intelligence and Brian stated, ‘I’d like to think so’. When told that the searches had no misspelled words he offered no explanation. Attorney Miner offered the possibility that Ana had performed some of the searches on the iPad. I asked Brian to explain how the searches continued into the days that followed, well after he said Ana had left the home. Brian had no explanation and the interview was terminated by Attorney Miner."

During Walshe’s arraignment in Norfolk Superior Court last week, Miner acknowledged the searches as “problematic” but pointed to other searches made, including a question about lottery winnings and a search for family vacation destinations.

Yes, "problematic" is a good word for it.

Sidebar: Why are they meeting at his lawyer's home?

At the time, BW was on house arrest for his federal offense and wearing an ankle monitor. I believe neither the defendant nor his attorney wanted the police to interview him at his residence -- the likely crime scene. His attorney would also be on the list of places he was granted to leave home to see.

Alrighty then.

Seriously? As if a Google search for Disney cancels out dismembering your wife, the mother of your children. I think his attorney's math is off.

Because he was thinking about the money he was going to get. When you are focused on the goal, you sort of forget all the steps in between, like not providing law enforcement with the step by step of how you planned and executed your wife's murder.

How could he even be thinking about "family trips"? He was under house arrest!

I think it's all part of being a pathological liar -- for most of BW's adult life (and prob earlier), he has lived a fake persona, full of entitlement while defrauding others. I'm sure searching for family trips was just more role-playing by BW. JMO

Okay but why even bother Google searching "family trips" if there's literally no way you could actually go? Lmao, it makes zero sense. He would never be allowed to go even if Ana was still around.

From the article:

  1. Do you or anyone else know if it was normal behavior for BM (see BBM) to appear unimpaired by drinking?

The last time the 39-year-old was seen alive was in the early morning hours of Jan. 1, when a friend attended a New Year’s dinner at their Cohasset home. Court documents show that friend was interviewed by police and stated that “everyone was enjoying themselves and in a good mood.”

In another interview with the family friend, he mentioned Ana appeared to be a bit “tipsy” that night, while Brian was not impaired.

2. Also, from the article: This is rather damning evidence! I suspect he hasn't said where AW is?

Investigators obtained warrants to search and install GPS trackers in three cars Brian was known to operate.

All electronic devices in the Cohasset house were seized, along with an iPad at Ana’s Washington apartment.

As prosecutors said during Brian’s first court appearance, detectives uncovered a series of gruesome internet searches he made on his son’s iPad before and after Ana was last seen, including “10 ways to dispose of a body” and “can you be charged with murder without a body.”

Thinking about Ana's mother and children on what must be a painful first Mother's Day without Ana.
