Well, now. That's interesting. I think I heard that in some arguments outside of jury, but it is interesting. I have felt that the judge, CW, and all professionals who are witnesses are rather bias.
I believe MM and RB were both high and Bella didn't want to go to sleep and they both had a hand in her demise and ultimate disposal.
I also think with MM's alleged conspiracy theories with the government, he might have created e-mails to indicate he knew nothing about Bella's disappearance. I doubt we will ever know what happened, but two adults lived there and both admitted to being on heroin.
One other thing that has bothered me. If the weights were 25 pounds each and Bella was also in the bag, that would be pushing 75 to 80 pounds to lug from the car to the water for one person.
I wonder if someone carried the bag and someone carried at least one of the weights.

What about pulling her and the weights in a wagon or something similar?
In OC CA where I live many years ago a man killed a little boy in a shed dismembered him and put his body parts in cement blocks. He pushed the blocks around the city in a wheelbarrow disposing the blocks in different places. The killer only had one hand.

omg what case was that?
dragging the duffel on the ground even. then it prob got a hole which is how she came out.
It was so close to me and happened a long time ago. I remember it vividly because it was so horrific. The shed was rented by this guy. The nice couple never knew. Bloody cement blocks were placed around in yards. The police officer who worked on this case was a good friend of mine.
