Re: the tip taking so long, I cant recall that far back if it was stated as to how many tips were received??? Maybe they had many, many to weed thru???

i worked directly w inmates for 5 years as a CO. they run their mouth A LOT when they think authority isn't listening, and they gossip amonst themselves A LOT. I am 99.9% sure it would have come out.

I don't, we are talking about some hard core druggies most of the time they are high and do not know what they are doing and agreeing to. Most are not upstanding citizens and would do many things for drugs that most wouldn't. JMO
