Well funny - he didn't flip out the night he was arrested. In fact he arrogantly stated that "after she insulted me that's when I became the teacher."

I agree, Steleheart. Imo, it is time to get this dog & pony sideshow on the road. PC is a sadistic psychopathic predator who is very calculating, deflective, manipulative, and creative, imo. He will do whatever it takes to escape justice and minimize his sentence, enabling him to prey on another unsuspecting innocent victim. Hopefully the judge will see through this ruse and make the proper rulings..

Can't they do both, get him evaluated in a hospital and at the same time get on with the jury selection?

The judge seems lenient, but maybe is concerned about later repercussions (appeals) if he presses on w/o evaluating him properly?
