Why would the CW call a Dighton LE officer who testifies that there was a "small crack" in the tail light, and then their VERY NEXT witness is Proctor saying "large pieces are missing". If I'm the jury, how am I supposed to take that?

Proctor say at Canton PD, the tail light looked like it had the same damage as the damage he saw in Dighton at Bill Read's house. He's opening a box which holds an evidence bag with the tail light housing unit.

No I didn't. Those pictures are from AFTER the sallyport when they had their time with the car. Proves absolutely nothing. Pictures should have been taken BEFORE the car was towed from her house. Can't spin that.

Really? You look at a tail light and see 1 hole in the plastic/glass. You aren’t seeing the plastic/glass that is no longer in the hole. Where ever the glass that was in the hole is, it may be in one piece or 45 pieces.
