also in the article where Rachaul said they were cousins, she exposed "tension int he family" following the deaths and that police have interviewed Locke "multiple times". why?

She said she had spoken to the media and the family was upset with her for it. It sounded like she had a big fight with her sister when she arrived in Mass but have since patched it up. I'm wondering if surveillance footage showed Matt in the area around the time they believe this all happened. He hasn't been out of prison very long and he's well known to law enforcement.

Sometimes a case just hands you a moment. I salute. Plus its strange that some locals reported seeing police find something in a field which was speculated to be the possible gas can.

And then the cousin is arrested not too long after that for lying. Hmmmm

And I didn't post about the gas, but I have a question..... if someone had a container of diesel and spread it around on the bed or something and threw a match on it, would it likely go out or burn? And same question about regular gasoline. These are real questions lol. Not the weird type that is asking with attitude. I honestly am curious because I don't know

ok I’ll do a bit of research and try to explain it more clearly. Yes diesel burns. But it requires compression and a higher ignition point. It will burn out. Gas however has different properties and is refined more at the refinery. Let me draft a better more clear explanation. Diesel would not be a good effective choice thus reflecting a basic lack of knowledge of the perps in this case. In fact it’s a stupid choice.

I would be surprised if there hadn't been a search warrant executed on his residence. Two separate murders, there has to be enough probable cause on atleast one of them to justify a search.

He has an extensive criminal history, that involves drug use and theft to support said use. He intentionally attempted to mislead the police in this particular case. MassGuy you are right, i have tried to find an example, but could not. I admit, this type of crime appears to be hateful and gruesome enough to be a gang act, but even gangs seem to have their limits.
Kudos to your gut feel.
Locke is now connected to both murders in 3 degrees of separation.
Coincidence is hard to believe.
I hate to think that we live among such beasts.
His relatives do not want to associate their familial connection.
Moses and Matt have spent time together. What could they have gotten involved in to get to this current state?

Moses Bermudez is a longshoreman in Long beach, CA. This certainly puts him in the scopes for drugs and aliens coming in from the docks.
Past or current acts, and maybe a desire to stop these acts, can certainly explain a potential for retaliation from such people. El Salvador connections cannot be ignored or dismissed so easily.
