The parties are using the peremptory challenges and working through who won’t (creating to ultimately will) be on the #FLvMarkSievers jury.

Meanwhile the pool is in the hallway waiting to see who will be selected to serve.

It looks like jurors will be sworn in then sent home for the day. We will be back at 10 a.m. tomorrow morning for opening statements in the #SieversTrial, Judge Kyle said.

I saw that Jimmy Rodgers will be sentenced Dec 12. Wonder if Mark Sievers trial will be over by that time? Was there any indication how long trial will last?

Mark's trial is suppose to be 5 weeks. The reason they postponed the sentencing is to finish Mark's jury selection
