When police arrived at the Bedford Estate on May 26, 2011 to investigate a domestic incident 24 hours after Kennedy Jr had been spotted with Hines at the premier of his documentary, 'The Last Mountain', in Manhattan, Mary wasn’t found to be intoxicated like she was in May 2010 when Robert filed for a divorce and she had no problem articulating exactly what she wanted to both Robert and the police officer.
“Officer Fusco spoke with Mrs. Kennedy, and she said that she wanted Mr. Kennedy out of the house,” the officer’s report said.
The report also said Robert was removing the children from their mother for the weekend and it wasn't because she was drunk and an unfit mother but possibly because he was angry with her for telling him to leave.
Before police revisited the home on May 26, 2011 in response to a call from Robert 3 hours after they left the Estate, 'Mr. Kennedy was given the victims’ rights portion of the domestic incident report’; but if Bobby was still living at the Estate with his wife and children after he filed for a divorce and was having a public affair with another woman, isn’t Mary the victim not Robert?
An article in the New York Daily News said Mary suffered a mental breakdown in January of 2011 which is probably when Robert began a personal relationship with Actress Cheryl Hines.

In fact, On May 10, two days before Robert filed for divorce, Mary Kennedy called 911 herself. Officers responding to the house reported she was "visibly intoxicated" and had "great difficulty collecting her thoughts and articulating her reasons for calling." She told police her husband was verbally abusive to herself and her children.
On May 13 Bedford police responded to the Kennedy home for a "domestic incident" during which her husband alleged she was intoxicated, records show. Officers were summoned to the South Bedford Road home at 9:16 p.m. and filed a state domestic incident report before leaving.
The nephew of assassinated President John F. Kennedy called 911 after 9 p.m, the day after his paper work for divorce had been filed.
Upon arriving the police heard from Mary Kennedy that the couple had had an argument.
'No physical contact was alleged. Mr. Kennedy felt that the situation would not calm down this evening.
He voluntarily left the residence,' the May 13, 2010 report said.

The night after Kennedy Jr took his romance with Hines public, Bedford Police arrived at the home on the evening of May 26 2011 and found a 'domestic disturbance' unfolding.
'I arrived at the residence to find both parties in the driveway with paper and books strewn around the area,' said the responding officer.
'I was able to calm Mrs. Kennedy down and she sat with me while I proceeded to complete the domestic incident report.
'Mr. Kennedy was given the victims’ rights portion of the domestic incident report and was thankful for the intervention.
'He states that he will be taking the children away for the weekend.'
The officer left the house at just after 10 p.m but returned three hours later when Kennedy Jr called and arrived back at the house to find him sitting in his car.
'Officer Fusco spoke with Mrs Kennedy, and she said that she wanted Mr Kennedy out of the house,' the officers report said.
The calls made on the night of May 26 came 24 hours after Kennedy Jr had been spotted with Hines at the premier of his documentary, 'The Last Mountain', in Manhattan.
More calls made from the Kennedy household were documented in the New York Daily News this week, including evidence of a mental breakdown by Mary Kennedy in January.
