Max's Death - Dina's Independent Experts Summary Reports

No evidence, tangible or otherwise, thus far, disputes that on the morning before Max's fatal fall, Jonah and Max drive JS's 2 teenagers to the airport. Then, before a visit to the gym, JS leaves Max to the care of a 32yof guest at the mansion.

Therefore, three people were at the residence when Max's fatal fall occurred: the 32yof guest, RZ, along with the 32yof guest's 14yo sister, XZ, were present at the 1043 Ocean Blvd residence along with Maxfield Shacknai when the fatal fall transpired.

It is worthy to note that JS, the young child's father, ran home from the gym after learning the tragic news about Maxie. My head bows.

And there has been ZERO evidence that JS was AT the gym at the time of Max's fall. ZERO. ZIP. NADA. Just hearsay based on information presented to LE by Mr Shacknai. No, the nasty kids on the balcony were from PV. They were up there waving and laughing, inviting people to come up and look at Rebecca's naked body. I hope that their parents are proud of them and their behavior, because they are certainly responsible for it.

This was all reported early on and retracted later. I have never bought all of the creative rewriting of the stories. If this fact is proven through depositions, then i am back to my coverupl theory of Rebecca's death.

Not so. The thing to do would be providing copies of boarding passes of Max's half siblings.

That would quiet all the speculation. Period.

The thing is...there is no proof. No hard evidence. No soft evidence.

Apparently no one thinks it is important enough to give proof of boarding passes or they simply cannot do so. I believe it to be the latter. Always have.

Absolutely agree 100%. This would be the simplest way to deflect any and all speculation around the older S siblings being there. If I was their mother I would be waving those boarding passes from the rooftops and making sure every news outlet had them. It is awful that Maxie's older siblings have been speculated about when it would be so simple for their parents to put all that to rest. I can't imagine why they wouldn't. Except of course if it proves that they were on a later flight than has been reported.

Those two kids were on a 1:45 flight on DELTA from San Diego to Atlanta, with a connection to SC......... I have 3 reliable sources of that information. The reason that the mother is silent is because she is trying to protect her child from LE and the media a out what really happened to Maxie, because GS was involved.......IMO!

Ah. If there were local "children" present when Maxie fell, my confidence in LE's objectivity goes right out the window. Maybe things that don't make sense do make sense, given the right light.
