In addition to her baby shower, she also missed a prenatal doctor's appointment. Yet police "don't believe this case involves foul play at this time." Yeeeeeeah...

Also, I think it's possible she has another child she was supposed to pick up on the day she disappeared. It seems like she wouldn't leave her child. That is, if she does have another child.

Sadly this doesn't sound good. Shes high risk plus missed dr appt and her baby shower and her daughter was not picked up. That can not be good. I wonder if the police know something they are not making public.
