Here are all the verifiable LE and Family facts. They are not organized, and there are repetitions. After doing the time line, I'm toast. So if anyone wants to organize these, that would be wonderful. :)

Please take care of yourself...I hope Phylicia is found and can be brought home to her family. We see so many tragedies here, sometimes it is hard to be prepared even when you suspect the worst may be coming. Thanks for all of your work.

Many prayers for PB. It leans more on being misleading that PB fell back to sleep. I also believe that PB took a small interest in the younger bro while on the internet. I believe that when she arrived in bmore and had the opportunity to socialize with the little bro, he was not what she thought he would be and discovered that he in actuality made her feel uncomfortable. (If) the little bro stayed the night, it could be interpreted that younger bro had a change of heart or either an opportunist.

Where is it stated that DB and MJ are still close? The actual age of younger bro has not been revealed . Your scenario's are powerful and eye catching. What age do you believe the bro is? If PB was taken or in some sort of harms way over night, that would mean that DB and possibly KB would have something to do with a cover up. The first people to know there is something wrong with PB, will be the people that had (saw) her in the beginning hours of the morning. The timing will be from the middle of the (morning) until the time PB received her last phone call or text. With PB being alive or not, It will continue to be the same people who saw her in the morning, DB, MJ and perhaps little bro. Maybe they wanted to see if she would wake up. DB would have been praying at work for PB to wake up but after a certain amount of time PB didn't awake.
 
Or, PB was calling her sisters so she could get away from the apt. Perhaps PB was feeling uncomfortable with both bro's there. How do people really know what PB was trying to tell DB and KB. PB couldn't say something had happened if nothing happened yet. Perhaps she was feeling uncomfortable for a reason. It was stated that PB did a few things after leaving the shower. PB was fine until she got off the phone with her last phone call. MJ probably heard something he didn't like. PB is known from past events to phone someone if she feels uncomfortable. First time was with sis in NC. The next time after PB feeling extremely uncomfortable, she calls DB and KB. PB had to leave out of the apt one way or the other. I can see MJ/Little bro or (both) intimidating PB to leave with him/them or pretending to be nice to her. Yet, if he made PB uncomfortable, she wouldn't have wanted to get into the vehicle with him/them. Did he have a laundry basket or did MJ cover PB so that she wasn't exposed to the public eyesight. It's going to be rough having to check areas from Bmore to DC. These days people have BBQ parties in the winter. I heard the detective state "They've already questioned (the person) who is responsible for PB's dis-appearance. (LE has their man but can not touch him). All they need is some physical evidence. DB and MJ appear to be pulling for one another in a way; keeping their stories the same. That also would make the "Motive" difficult. The description of the clothes was suspect to me. It would have been quicker for DB to ask MJ what PB was wearing oppose to the method they took. Perhaps, DB couldn't trust anything MJ would say at that time. DB is not going to Jail for anyone and neither is MJ. One can't help but to keep praying for PB.

Sometimes people have to look out of their windows to make certain things are safe. I know a person who use to be like that. It's a little like what look out people do. It's not the same but it's kind of the same. I think MJ heard something he didn't appreciate while PB was on the phone. I think when PB got off of the phone; MJ snatched her phone right away and began screaming at PB about something. Sorry to hear about your vehicle getting stolen. What type of condition was it returned in. What do you think the motive was, in this case?

So so sad that this girl has just vanished off the face of the earth. She has her whole life ahead of her. I am fighting off tears right now. Please let someone come forward with some information. Its just heartbreaking.

I had a dream Sunday night that she was found. No other case besides the Jon Benet case has consumed me :(
 
I pray for Phylicia's safe return and strength and faith for her family/loved ones.

What I truly do not understand, and never will, is the blatant bias in reporting, covering, helping by getting the info out there from shows like NG, JVM, HLN,CNN, all of them.

Phylicia is an absolutely beautiful young woman, just 17, intellectually advanced with a future full of promise ahead of her. How dare the press not cover this! Not try to save a child! A bright light in society's future.

It truly just sickens me that she wasn't/isn't given the time & attention when it could have or might make a difference between life and death or worse even. Just so sick, tragic and sad. Meanwhile we watch the same "bombshell tonight" on the same cases night after night.

I do not know Phylicia but I feel safe in saying she is beautiful inside and out and the girl had plans. She was going to be successful at whatever she did and do some great things one day.

Per the timeline from Georgia (in thread), to get a clear picture of how many versions we have of MJ last seeing PB,

THE MORNING EVENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Version 1: PB was up and about from 10-1:30 when he left (MJ per FB)

Version 2: PB was taking a nap on him at 1pm (JS)

Version 3: PB was sleeping on the couch at 1:04 (DB per MJ)

Am I correct?

(Scratching my head) why would PB be napping on her sister's ex? Isn't that weird?

Very beautiful sentiments popsicle. I agree that she had a promising future, to graduate a year early and already being accepted in college. She looked up to her older siblings and I believe she was very naive as well. Although intelligent, PB was still a baby in my eyes. If someone has harmed her, they will have to live with harming an innocent child for the rest of their lives!

As I collected the facts for the timeline, it became clear that some things had been reported only once, while other things had been reported again and again.

MJ leaving at 1:30 with PB asleep is very, very consistently reported.
PB texting her sister to say she was going to get something to eat is very, very consistently reported.
The FB message saying she was at the house w/ MJ in the mid-morning is very, very consistent.

Some times get muddled, and some meanings get muddled.
The "taking a nap on me" statement was explained as a euphemism, not a literal meaning. They were talking about stuff and she fell asleep is how it "was" meant.

Because DB reported a specific time (1:04) that she heard from MJ that PB was asleep, I figured it was a text, because she still has them on her phone. In fact, all of the very specific times (3:08, 11:38, 12:23) seem to be from the phone records. And then some of them get abbreviated to the nearest whole time as they are reported repeatedly by different media. The 12:23 becomes "Around 12:30", which then becomes 12:30. The 1:04 communication from MJ merges with the 1:30 time of his leaving, and his saying later that she was asleep and going to get something to eat...
And then MJ was very, very clear about the 1:30 time frame for him leaving, that PB was still asleep, and that she mumbled something about getting something to eat.
