2 bodies found, not together, one man, one woman in river

I wonder if there were any identifiers found with the female body to indicate she might be Phylicia, or this was just a formality going through all missing persons cases in the area/county/state.

Whoever they are, two families are going to get some answers and difficult news regarding their missing family member.

Its a young 19 year old from Atlantic City.

Different case entirely. The female body cluciano linked was found in MD. The one I posted was found near Philly, PA.

My former roomies story started in childhood - circumstances of his childhood. I don't want to share too much of his personal information. But sometimes people will want to make a quick buck and turn to something illegal, then the money makes it difficult to let it go.... (and that is a general statement).

I don't know if you ever took a citizens police academy class. If your community offers one I highly advise taking them. They are quite insightful. I took one last spring and hope to take some more classes soon. (free, and these are offered through the police, non college credit kind of things but for community education...). Having a great number of LE discuss/lecture how various area's of LE enforcement work from traffic violations to DEA is very interesting imo. Kind of nice to get the factual info as opposed to rumor or misconception...

I will add some of my old roomies stories were quite eye opening and jaw dropping, and I did say I'm glad I didn't know him then because we would have never become friends.

I also took the LSAT about 9 years ago, with the intent to become a criminal entertainer lawyer. However I became discouraged after my my first score, and finding out how the court system really works.
I didn't want to take it again, and thought that I if I would have became a lawyer I would have spent most of my time being held in contempt of court.
BECAUSE, As you can see I have lots of opinions, and don't mind sharing them.

The body found in the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park on Tuesday may be that of a young mother who vanished during a home invasion in Atlantic City.

Authorities tell Action News they seem pretty confident the body is that of Nadirah Ruffin. They are now just waiting for the medical examiner to make the positive ID.

Baltimore City Police Spokesperson Anthony Gulielmi says that one of bodies was an adult female.

One a man and the other a woman.
So was it a total of three 3 bodies found?

No race mentioned yet on the female body found in the river today either..... and by adult that could mean a far range. We'll have to wait for more info to be released.

Yes, the 19 yr old was found tuesday in PA IIRC and the male and female in the river were found in MD today.

There is not even a tentative ID on the female found today. We don't know anything other than a female was found and Baltimore PD was notified.

No age, race, etc. was released. It is VERY possible the one county notified the other simply by reviewing NCIC missing persons cases in the immediate and surrounding area.

It is way too soon to determine who this female may be.

Cubs/everyone, sorry.... I saw a post in Holly Bobo's thread and misread what the person said. I thought they said her 'remains have been found' but they actually said her 'remains may have been found'. My bad....

ETA: I wouldn't jump to a wild conclusion like that. Been here too long and been through too many cases. Just misread the notice on the other thread.

The male was down below the dam in the river while the female was above the dam in some debris. Doesn't sound like these two bodies are related to the same event... MOO

This is weird, the time that this was printed was before KB came on FB and said its not PB, I am so not clear on this matter?
