I don't believe the video of newscast is online yet however wdiv did report on hearing. The victim testified all morning and now they are in recess.

I thought it was interesting... the victim told him she had an 18 month old daughter , pleaded for him to let her go. He let her go. This was her testimony... she did not say she fought back and ran away as reported. Apologies for not having the video of report... it's not online

Where did you hear that?
It was on wdiv broadcast on tv at noon. They had video of testimony ( did not show her face) . It is not on the website anywhere... which I find odd. I'm wondering if they were not to air the segment due to it being a sealed hearing and removed it.

It's very interesting that he let her go after she told him she had a baby.
He knew Dani was married or had kids. Was that the difference between life and death?

Think you meant: Dani "wasn't" married or had kids.

So I take it they are done for the day?
Or does anyone have anymore updates?
TIA!
The news stated they were in recess. It could have been a lunch recess. I wish the segment was online because I thought I heard them state they were in recess to reach a decision.
Did anyone else local see it?
I contacted local 4 news and asked if they could post the segment to the FB page. I will let you know if they message me back.

Yes ty!
I'm surprised they played her on the stand. So same body type and hair color and hair length as Dani. He has a"type" of victim that is completely opposite from his wife
I was thinking something along those lines as well. First try, couldn't work up the nerve.Very interesting. Could be his first attempt and couldnt go through with it. Can't remember what dateline I watched but the guy attacked a women (she was showing him an apt) and ended up letting her go. He even apologized to her. He later ended up killing a women and the women that he attacked testified against him. A few another women (he creeped out a bunch of real estate agents) spoke out about their experience with him. Their testimonies played a key role in him getting convicted.
So they do have dna then? The shot of Floyd looked like he was giving a evil eye to the victim. Justice is coming you dirtbag. He was bound over. Updated article
