Perhaps we are missing the big picture. Finding Dani. She's not there. I would sell the house. Convicted or not convicted I wouldn't want to be in a home that many will see as a crime scene. Less energy on him more energy on her. If anyone wants to go on a hike search some areas I'm up for it. We can message privately .

I really don't think anyone reading and participating in this thread is going to find Dani nor do I feel that we will solve it. We are here to support and intellectually discuss. The pool table and house for sale is a distraction from sitting here waiting....I don't see any harm in the discussion personally.

Most of us live a world away from Livonia or Michigan. So it keeps us connected and thinking of dani.

Hmmm that is a good point. Maybe that's why he took Dani there... if they were not there regularly and say, living with other relatives, the house may have been mostly empty.
Then it may have been a place he thought others wouldn't be coming in and out of and he could store whatever there without it being noticed. My mind is going 500 different directions with this idea so I can't really explain one thought. Ha.

I recall neighbors saying nobody lived there/it was an older couple/FG hadn't lived there in some time/it was a rental. Maybe they said that just to throw people off or maybe they really had no idea and that's why he went to the house that night. But then again, if a house has been mostly left alone and then suddenly there were people there, that might stand out more to neighbors. I don't know. I can't quite put into words what I'm thinking but maybe it makes sense.

His attorney was one of the people making statements about who lived there - saying it was an elderly couple. In that case I am sure he was just trying to get the reporters to go away.

I agree. I just went to a few open houses up that way. One basement had a pool table, a giant stuffed animal, boxes, and random things all over the basement. The listing said the pool table was excluded but I'm assuming I didn't get to keep the giant stuffed animal. [emoji5]

I'm not under the assumption we would find her ... it's about doing something productive. There is no harm in discussing anything you wish.. I personally do live here and was asking those locally.

I would love to see that back deck removed and that spaces searched thoroughly. I'm sure the police have looked but I can't imagine ground penetrating radar would work in that space.

That small space with the lattice work is the scariest spot of all the pictures for me. Plenty of time to dig prior to freezing to wait for an opportunity to arise.

Most kitchens around that era do not have hardwood floors in kitchen ( at least in MI). Common to just be subfloor and different eras of tile or laminate.

Hi all. Went out on canoe. In fact it was not a wooden box that I seen from way afar but a cement slab I believe is possibly a drainage for if it floods? I was nor ever expected to find Dani there. Even if she is she has to be buried or in water somewhere. All in all just wanting peace for Danielle and her loving family. So heart wrenching to say the lease. I am still available to get together if a search group is organized and also depending on my work schedule. I'm all for it.

Yes. This. Discussion that is keeping the thread active on Websleuths and keeping us connected while waiting....praying....hoping for Dani to come home soon to her dear family. I cannot begin to fathom what they are going through. I live in another country so am completely unfamiliar with any of the areas everyone locally speaks about. Certainly not able to join a search. I have been a member of Websleuths for a few years and a lurker for many, many years. Danielle's case struck me right away from the very beginning. I follow closely all of the social media accounts that her family has created, every day. I took a second look at my posts and realize that I am over analyzing stuff. My thoughts are with her family and with anyone that has been hurt by Floyd.

Majority of my time I am so extremely busy at work and or busy with my remaining kids at home, caring for my 2 grandkids as my oldest daughter cannot as shes been so ill. Don't know lately if I'm coming or going! (Scatterbrained) I even answer my own questions [emoji12]
What I'm trying to say is, You all are awesome when it comes to your theories and I sit back like WOW! I thought that too but.. no time to share my thoughts got one kid needed picked up from drivers training, and a 7 month old just crapped all over my bed! Tis' is life! I almost posted the same thoughts on the deck myself yesterday. Lattice work section is broken so is probably visible from the outside.

maybe it sits over the back deck? Does the kitchen window face the back yard? When walking in the front door the kitchen is to the right past the living room in reference to the floor being laminate. Access to the deck would be through the adjoining room on the right of the frig or am I not seeing it correctly? Maybe the kitchen floor was taken up to look under the house without tearing the deck apart.

Hi all! I've been catching up reading the last few pages. Usually get on here always from my cellphone. The last week tapatalk shows I have inbox messages I check and see nothing. I do not have any saved messages or built up ones so I am clueless. Ugh. Anyhoo, worked extra until this late early morning hour. Drove past the building where ML is. Did a U-turn and drove up the hill of a street adjacent to ML it leads to a building (looks like a apartment complex, but its actually a building that gives different office spaces) The building is totally vacant. Of course my wannabe detective instincts kicked in so with my flashlight (phone) trying to look inside a huge light appears behind me. Southfield Police. I explain my reasoning of being there. He nods at me. Says, I understand Ma'am, but, its 1230am and your out here alone. Come back at daylight. Ok, Thankyou officer. I just wanna say Dani has been alone almost 8 months. His response: Gotta keep those candles lit constantly they wil work." I cried half way home. I'm having a drink and if weather is nice I'm off to rent a canoe! I will leave a message when I'm going! That Danielle's dad Rich shares Liz's posts, was happy to meet her, etc shows that he supports Liz. I have to agree with Ozoner on this one.

LE said they don't believe she brought her own vehicle home. I'm sure they have good reason to say that.

Haha, that darn canoe trip on the Rouge really messed my allergies up today! Eyes swollen, bloodshot eyes, chest congestion. That water is so dirty and didn't help when my son paddled us in a hanging tree of pollen [emoji23] it was hilarious for my family to see me swinging an ore fighting not to tip over. All worth it. Danielle will be found, prayer helps. Xo
