It was kinda slow lately ... maybe "calm before the storm". By popular believe / rumors, LE is waiting till Joe Gentz court hearing on May 4, 2012 .. to see about his "mental evaluation" examination results (to see if he is competent etc) ... then they might cut a deal with him .. a deal "to testify against Bob" etc.. and then they might charge Bob.

That's what people had been saying anyhow ... for a while now.

Bashara's Alleged Mistress Gets PPO

Grosse Pointe Farms, MI (My TV20 News at 10) -- Rachel Gillett, the alleged former lover of Bob Bashara, the husband of murdered marketing exec Jane Bashara and the main person of interest in her death, was granted a personal protection.

Gillett says Bashara has been calling, writing her letters and stopping by her home unannounced. She claims she fears for her life and she does not want him to have any contact with her.

Tune in tonight at 10 to hear a response to the PPO from Bashara's attorney.

What I should have said before, is the reason RG is afraid of BB is because he's going to implicate her as the person who arranged to have Jane killed. RG is now preparing her damsel in distress saga - she's positioning herself for her counter attack with the help of her lawyer. I believe it's known as 'posturing'.

I knew this was coming - they'd better air this trial on InSession. It's a little early because BB hasn't been charged yet but the
charges will be coming soon. Then it's going to become a 'he said, she said' situation with what JG says inbetween.

(WXYZ) - Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Wade McCree has released a statement responding to the controversy over a sexy photograph of himself that was found on a woman's cell phone by her husband.

The statement reads as follows:

Clearly, I made an extremely serious error in judgment. I am embarrassed and truly sorry for my actions, which have hurt and caused great pain to my family.

I apologize to my family, my professional associates, my friends and the citizens of Wayne County.

I ask for forgiveness from all those I have disappointed and hurt as a result of my very serious mistake. I also ask for your prayers as my family and I work through this issue on a personal and professional level.

Looks like the kind of earmuffs that wrap around the back of the head so you see no band on top of her head. Her hair covers the band.

You are right!
Now that i looked "closer" at her left ear ... - there is a white dot there, lol, that looks a bit as an earring even, but it's that earmuff, just covered by the hair.

Alleged Bashara mistress obtains protection order against him

Robert Bashara’s alleged mistress, Rachel Gillett, now says she’s afraid for her life of the man she once loved.

On April 26, Gillett was granted a personal protection order ex parte in Wayne County’s Third Circuit Court against Bashara. The order forbids Bashara from contacting, following or visiting Gillett, and prevents him from legally purchasing or owning a gun.

In documents filed by her attorney, Doraid Elder, Gillett says that she had a three-year relationship with Bashara, during which time she “tried several times to break up with him.” Bashara has stalked her “at home and at work,” she charges in the PPO. Elder said Gillett met Bashara online.

When she learned that Bashara’s wife, Jane Bashara, had been discovered strangled in her vehicle Jan. 25, Gillett’s concerns about her former lover skyrocketed...

...“Rachel is a victim of Bob Bashara’s lies and deceit. … She is a very sincere person and would never have been involved with him if she knew he was in a solid marriage,” Elder said.

The attorney said Bashara told Gillett his relationship with his wife was “on the rocks” and he was getting a divorce. At one point, Elder said Bashara even told Gillett the divorce had been finalized. But things changed when Gillett asked to see the divorce papers. Not wanting to interfere with the ongoing investigation, Elder declined to say when his client first asked Bashara about seeing proof of his alleged divorce...

...Now living in an undisclosed location, Elder said Gillett is taking extra precautions for her safety.

“There’s anxiety every time she hears a knock at the door, every time she goes out, every time she leaves the house,” he said.

Bashara’s attorney, David Griem, could not be reached before press time for comment.
