This is so freaking unreal. Forgive me, but I think these precious babes are dead. Or, if I am wrong -as I have been many times!- they might have been handed over to someone of EJ's trust and will be used as bargaining chips. Does MI have the death penalty?

Wait... if the kids were alive while they were removing her body from a crawl space (WHERE WAS THIS PLACE?) Then what were the kids doing at that time? Were they present? Where they in the same home or wherever the crawl space was? Were they with someone else? Did he SEE the kids alive at the time?

Justice has refused extradition and will remain in custody in Atlanta for at least 30 days. There will have to be some wrangling in court to bring him back to Detroit. I'm losing hope that those children are still alive, and the locations of the city that are being searched don't instill confidence in their safety.

I think he's just put their little bodies somewhere else, because even murderers (alleged) don't want people to think they're just monsters.

They witnessed it? They might tell on you ? Don't you watch tv ? CSI? ID? You cannot get away with murder whether or not a 6 yr old sees you do it. So quit killing the baby 'witnesses'. SICK **********! Looks like without the child's statement to LE , you got caught anyway, right? So where are they ? WHY?????
This is 2014. There is surveillance on every corner of the planet and your cell phone is tracking your every move and DNA can be extracted off a microscopic scrap of anything you ever even looked at. You cannot get away with murder , witnesses or NOT ! Stop killing babies !

Precisely, Zweibel. Which is why they have not found Relisha Rudd's body. Her abductor went to great lengths to hide his sickness.

The father will use them as bargaining chips whether they are alive or not. If they are alive he will try to get his charges knocked down from murder to manslaughter against Alicia Fox. If they are deceased he will use them to have his choice of prisons to serve the sentence.

What does it say about our society when every five minutes an innocent child is murdered and tossed away like trash? Who are we to wag our fingers at other countries about they way they treat women and children?
Even worse, I have no idea what could be done to change things. We can't install cameras in everybody's house to make sure they are behaving properly.

Search continues for missing Detroit children Tuesday

Volunteers searching Rouge Park for Kaylah Hunter and Kristian Justice

Family members of missing 6-year-old Kaylah Hunter and 8-month-old Kristian Justice will be gathering Tuesday morning to continue search efforts.

Volunteers will be searching Rouge Park beginning at 10am on the corner of Trinity and Joy Road...

I think if police thought the children were alive they would've issued an amber alert after finding the mother's body. Sadly I think they are deceased. I think he hid them because he knows the community will be outraged over the murder of children.

A search is taking place now in Rouge Park. Volunteers met at 10:00AM and lease: before the search commenced. The wooded areas that are being scoured for clues don't give me hope that the youngsters are still alive The family wants closure and hopes that the children are located. Updated article and video from WDIV noon news should be available within the hour.
