One other thing I wanted to add is the News media and the Government is totally mixing up two totally different things whenever you hear the term "Opiod Crisis".

A very large part of that crisis are the totally illegal drugs like Heroin and Fentanyl and all too often the news media and government is not making the distinction between that and regular doctor prescribed medicines.

When they talk about drug overdoses, deaths, and people having opiod drug issues, it is often the totally illegal drugs that are involved and yet there is no distinction made.

They are two totally different things because the illegal drugs and illegal drug dealing needs to be tackled and stopped by Law enforcement to be stopped. Law enforcement is the only way to stop that.

Most news media I have seen about the Opiod Crisis never wants to separate the two different things and it is very important to keep both issues separate because the way to stop it involves two separate ways.

She was probably offered a deal, that included prison or jail time and she probably didn't take it. Roll the dice.

04/17/2019 PEX PEOPLES EXHIBIT NO.1 FILED

I will order document for details on sentencing.

Update: First page of document is lengthy questionnaire regarding plea agreement. AB pleaded "No Contest" to home invasion per police report. AB understands that she could get up to 15 years in jail/prison for offense. Subsequent pages will arrive in the next couple of days.

I hadn't heard anything about this case. Strange. Sad how her life disintegrated. And I am glad she is getting treatment. But home invasion/burglary is a very serious crime. Especially when its done to get drugs or money for drugs since those people are very desperate. And people defending their homes can be very desperate.

Always invest in home security

Just hearing the words "home invasion" is terrifying. Anything can happen.
