Good ! Thank God for this one tiny little sliver of a blessing in this case. She knows what she did and is not going to ' play games' with the state. A very rare move and I hate to say a commendable move but it kind of is in my book. It's the very least she can do at this point to not try to defend her actions.

was there ANY false testimony because the child was instructed to say this or that over the last year


she abused even the surviving children right?

where is all the abuse transcripts? recordings from the oldest child?

Yes! she was abusing them all for years as they reported. What about the home tutors etc. None of this was discussed in her latest court appearance. I wanted to know it all, some things just did not add up to why she killed them so brutally. I did see a video of a Dr saying the case was strange and that he believes she was abused herself as a child, that's why she was so heartless with her testimony. Just a shame that all will we get is her sentencing. Like she hiding stuff back

DETROIT - A judge has ruled that a Detroit mother who admitted to killing two of her children will lose the rights to her two surviving children.
After several days of testimony in a custody trial, Judge Edward J. Joseph on Tuesday terminated Mitchell Blair’s parental rights to her 8-year-old son and her 17-year-old daughter.
The judge also ordered psychiatric evaluations for the two men who are the fathers of the 8-year-old and 17-year-old. After that, Joseph will determine the men's parental rights.

Hmmmmmm wonders what the judge will decide. I would allow the fathers to are their children, but not live with them. Sorry, this case is truly odd and those men must have seen signs. No way its safe for them

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking to terminate Blair's parental rights, as well as the parental rights of their fathers, Steven Berry and Alexander Dorsey. The state maintains the fathers "failed to protect" their children and contends while Blair is directly responsible for what happened to them, they are indirectly responsible.

Detroit — Mitchelle Blair, the mother who pleaded guilty last month to killing two of her children and putting their bodies in a standalone freezer in the family’s home, will spend the rest of her life behind bars for the gruesome crime.

Wayne County Circuit Judge Dana Hathaway sentenced the 36-year-old Blair to life without the possibility of parole during her sentencing hearing Friday.
