Couldn't talk to suspect because he's got an attorney. Didn't show up at appointments he made to talk with LE. Marines provided suspect to LE, but suspect wouldn't talk.

Learned of her death this morning. She's been deceased for some time. He's got THREE attorneys, and he's out of town. They are looking for him now.

There still was a delay by NCIS in bringing Local LE, IMO. And NCIS botched the investigation from the beginning of the rape case.

There's a team looking for her now in a shallow grave off of some road. The key witness gave them the burial information. (That doesn't make sense!) Killed somewhere between 14th and 20th. Murdered off base in Oslow county.
