I'm a little confused about the September date. I don't believe SM would have an actual trial for the gag order violation. He would just go before the Judge.

I was asking about address because I wanted to check the map. It only takes about 5 minutes to get from the Walmart to the payphone. But there were 16 minutes between leaving Walmart and making the call. If we add in Heather's apartment; Walmart to Heather's residence to Kangaroo payphone, it is 5.6 miles and 13 minutes, per Google Maps. That time of the evening mid-week in December, there would be no traffic. It would have been possible for SM to have driven by Heather's.

SM had time to drop off the PT on the way to the payphone (mailbox or car). What would a single girl do after taking a positive PT? Call her best friend sobbing hysterically? I spotted in first trimester with two of my pregnancies, sometimes heavily like a period was starting.

Directions for EPT:
Hold the test stick by its thumb grip. Point the absorbent tip downward.
Place the absorbent tip in the urine flow for just 5 seconds, or dip the absorbent tip into a clean container of urine for just 20 seconds. Keep the absorbent tip pointing downwards.
Place the test stick on a flat surface with the windows facing up for at least 2 minutes.
Important: To avoid affecting the test result, wait at least 2 minutes before lifting the stick.

I don't understand. Are you saying that he dropped off the test then called her?

Was SM's own family in the courtroom at all this week? If they watched the trial I wonder if they think he is guilty.

I've always wondered if it was his family who rejected TM rather than the other way around. Although that would mean the loss of contact with their grandchildren.

For the life of me that really confused me as to why the prosecution would not ask when it was.

Another thing they never brought up that confused me also was her time on Tumblr...

Was she was doing it as a distraction letting the time go by waiting for an event ( like meeting up with someone) or something such as expecting somebody to drop by.... I don't know but that just told me that she was anticipating something and biding her time.

I suspect the timing of the purchase is attached to more than we'll ever know and believe there was also time for Heather to come into harm's way before 3:41 a.m.

I just don't see a PTL kidnapping lure for the purpose of a pregnancy test for the purpose of a killing.

Someone, somewhere in the last few days wrote that the $.88 Walmart test requires more than just peeing on a stick--one has to pee in a cup and then the stick goes on a tray? I don't remember the details, but pretty clear it would be more difficult to do out in a parking lot, for instance.

I think both sides left out a lot that was potentially helpful to Heather. I also think that while Bri made Heather more of a person to the jury and provided insight into Heather's frame of mind at times, she shed no more light on the conversation between SM and Heather than we already knew, and in fact, she confirmed that Heather said she was going to sleep on whether or not to see SM. We were not told if SM wanted her to meet him that morning. And that could be because Heather didn't come entirely clean with Bri. We'll never know that.

It sounds like they spent more or at least as much time talking about the positives of where Heather's life and potential new relationship were going as discussing the SM call. I agree with the poster up thread about the cell phone guy being the most valuable witness for the state. He knew when the phone was in a parking lot/dumpster area vs a building. I found that astounding. I had no idea that any technology could be that accurate.

Hi everyone. 😊 I haven't been on here in awhile but I wanted to just chime in here; the $.88 pregnancy tests are definitely more complicated than just peeing on a stick. The test "kit" comes with a dropper and the test which has a urine well. One must collect the urine in a clean cup/container and then use the dropper to transfer the urine (a precise number of drops) from the cup/container into the well of the test. Did I explain that well enough? 😝 Assuming that I properly attached an image to this post, this is what the test looks similar to.

RE: The pregnancy test.. I wondered why they didn't ask WHEN, also! Further, did she text about it to anyone else?

RE: Tumblr, I truly think that after the way Truslow honed in on her texted "sexual emoji" that he would have surely taken the excuse to use her Tumbler against her. When posters here saw it, it caused several cases of the vapours. She re-posted a lot of graphic sexual images there that I don't think were on her Instagram.

What I want to know is why the prosecution didn't have the date show his text times (Facebook/Instagram messages?) and phone location history from after he took her home. Surely they knew the defense would try to make him out to be a stalkery bad guy. It would also have pinned down the time that he took her home.

Does anyone know whether or not SM (or TM posing at SM) communicated with HE via social media or even Snapchat? It is my understanding that Snapchat is used mostly by adolescents but may also be used by people having affairs. Can Snapchat conversations and pictures even be tracked and/or recovered after they "time out" so to speak? We know from BW's testimony at trial that HE was a Snapchat user. I ask because the pregnancy test is something that just isn't adding up, IMO. I feel like there must have been some other type of communication and a note on a car doesn't seem plausible to me. Input anyone?
