Now that you mention it, it was definitely CVS when I read it, not Walgreens. Got my drug stores mixed up!
 
Going back to yesterday's three testimonies... did any of the them say when the PT was done or when HE had to change sizes in work costume? TIA

I hope someone has a link to the news interview SM just did tonight! How is it legal/okay for him to give an interview regarding what we heard in the trial TODAY???!!!!! SMDH
 
Well I'll be. SM just said on WBTW TM was in the truck at Walmart when he bought the test for her. So that means that she was with him when he made the payphone call, doesn't it? LOL he is lying to cover up and getting tangled in it. He should be questioned by the state about it tomorrow. LOL

They are both trying to play the reasonable doubt thing against each other, IMO.
 
I hope the judge gives the defense a good pointy-talkie to tomorrow after this stunt. Unbelievable!
 
I literally can't even with these people. I now remember why this case caused me so much anger & anxiety when it first happened.

Yes, I do not know how he gets away with constantly breaking the gaga order. I wonder if this will be brought up in court tomorrow? He should at the very least be admonished by the folksy judge, dontcha think?

I don't think this is at all surprising. The only logical reaction from SM and the defense to the purchase is that it was for TM. Who knows what's up next for the pay phone call explanation, but the defense says he has an answer for everything and I'm sure he does.

I'm single and it's embarrassing how many cups I have in my bedroom or my home office on any given day. Right now I'm in my office and I have one orange plastic cup, one blue plastic cup, one red solo cup, and one empty water bottle. Oh, and a silver caribiner. I accumulate. She probably did, too. She probably slept with water by her bed, like I do, and often didn't clean up for a few days. I'm sure I have a few glasses or cups on my night stand right now, but I'm not in my bedroom to check.

I am not surprised at the logical explanation, but as I said, that places TM in the truck with him at the payphone. Just saying to me the only logical conclusion is the web of lies keep piling up. They ask him why he wants to talk while he is on trial and it shows desperation.

Yes, the more he uses the press as a forum to 'testify', the more desperate he looks (and is).

I really wonder how they're going to work out the 'I didn't want TM to know and TM was sitting right there' dilemma.
