Bauer also motioned to suppress a statement Fravel made to the Rushford Police Department on April 2. According to the motion, Fravel was not read his Miranda Rights before interrogation.

A Winona County Judge has issued an order restricting access to audio and video statements previously made by Adam Fravel to law enforcement as the trial in the murder of Madeline Kingsbury moves forward.
Prosecutors in the case filed for the restrictive order anticipating that they would enter exhibits and a complete transcript of grand jury proceedings.
