The trial date of Jamie Litton has changed numerous times. The most recent trial setting was for August. A delay has now moved the trial to this spring with the trial set to get underway on March 28, 2016...

Litton allegedly asked a co-worker "to borrow money to take her son to the hospital" after receiving text messages from Presley saying that he said he "had lost it" when Blake soiled himself. Other texts allegedly contained details about how Presley abused Blake... Presley arrived at Litton's workplace around 5 a.m. and stayed for three minutes. Security footage shows Litton visiting with Presley. Litton allegedly took Blake's pulse before returning to work...

The prosecution alleges Jamie Litton, knowing her son had been hurt, did not call for an ambulance or police once Presley left. Her shift was scheduled to end at 6 a.m., but records show she clocked out at 5:15 a.m. She then allegedly walked to a co-worker's house to use a phone charger and was later driven to the scene of the fake accident.

A Stover woman has been sentenced to life in prison for second-degree murder for her role in covering up the death of her three-year-old son in 2012.

Jamie Ann Litton entered the guilty plea Monday in a Camden County courtroom.
