When I watched the video I was listening to the mother scream Where is the ambulance?
My heart broke for her. I never heard this dude!
Is he saying that the police officer was shooting and missing so that is why MB rushed him?
Wow... I missed everything he said.

Man1:"that's the one that ran behind this one right here, cuz he ran up there where we was at - where we live at! Y'all, when I came back outside all I seen was that truck right there and dude was - I don't know what happened...." [he is referring to the police "truck"]
Man2: "whose hat is that right there?" [referring to Brown's hat in the street]
Man1: "that's his hat...I don't know what happened..."
Man2: "How'd get get from there to here?" [from the cop vehicle to down the street, or from where the hat was laying]
Man1: "Cuz he ran. The police was still in the truck"
Man2: "They came this way?"
Man1: "No...he was right there, the police was still in the truck...he was like...I don't know what was in his head..."[crosstalk]
Man2: "why his body come this way, though?" [why is Brown's body facing the cop vehicle]
Man1: "..in the truck....yeah, him and the police...[puttin] him in the police truck...he was like over the truck right now...but then he ran...police got out and ran after him...and then the next thing I know, he coming back towards the police...police had his gun drawn up already.."
Man2: "oh, the police got the brother [crosstalk]??"
Man1: "the police shot him...the police kept [dumping?] on him...I'm thinking that the police missing, like he like...police were like at this far corner[?]....[crosstalk]...police fire shots...next thing I know I think he's missing..."
Man2: "The police shoot him?"
Man1: "The police shot him...next thing I know, I think he's missing...and the the dude started running, coming TOWARDS the police!"

Wait, he wasn't tasked with diagnosing or "clearing" OW, was he? He was tasked with forensically examining MB. Seems like the comment about OW was just an observation, not a medical clearance, testimony or anything like that. I feel like people are just looking for reasons to declare this guy "biased" and attack his professionalism. How do his comments about OW, or being married to a defence attorney, show that the forensic examination was in any way compromised or inaccurate?
MO I think?
If the cop was on a corner he was nowhere near his vehicle was he? I gotta watch again!Me too! I listened to it like 5 times to catch it all.

#Ferguson crowd thinning, small groups chatting much calmer, no arguing
I wondered if I was the only one listening to this. lolGood freakin grief!
In one breath he's complaining about walking down the street being called the N word; next breath, he's calling other people the N word! Gah!

Guy saying he doesn't think Al Sharpton helps the community...thinks Al Sharpton "twists thing up."
Saying he was talking to his girlfriend and said Al Sharpton might or might not come depending on the "shine time" he could get.
:laughing:Is that tweet about Websleuths or Ferguson? :happydance:

Hey, Snoop,
Ppl who own cars, trucks, motor vehicles are on StLCo 'personal property tax rolls'
so would be a larger component/percentage of StLCo pop, than ppl who own real est.
IIRC, since St.L Co uses personal property tax rolls and other lists/sources for jury selection,
it is more 'inclusive' than jurisdictions using only real property (land ownership) rolls.
Therefore, jury pool would include more candidates, than if using only real est owners, imo.
JMO IMO MOO
Is that tweet about Websleuths or Ferguson? :happydance:
So people who don't own a home or car can't serve on a jury in St.L Co? What about all of the people who rent and use public transportation?
