When I watched the video I was listening to the mother scream Where is the ambulance?
My heart broke for her. I never heard this dude!

Is he saying that the police officer was shooting and missing so that is why MB rushed him?

Man1:"that's the one that ran behind this one right here, cuz he ran up there where we was at - where we live at! Y'all, when I came back outside all I seen was that truck right there and dude was - I don't know what happened...." [he is referring to the police "truck"]

Man2: "whose hat is that right there?" [referring to Brown's hat in the street]

Man1: "that's his hat...I don't know what happened..."

Man2: "How'd get get from there to here?" [from the cop vehicle to down the street, or from where the hat was laying]

Man1: "Cuz he ran. The police was still in the truck"

Man2: "They came this way?"

Man1: "No...he was right there, the police was still in the truck...he was like...I don't know what was in his head..."[crosstalk]

Man2: "why his body come this way, though?" [why is Brown's body facing the cop vehicle]

Man1: "..in the truck....yeah, him and the police...[puttin] him in the police truck...he was like over the truck right now...but then he ran...police got out and ran after him...and then the next thing I know, he coming back towards the police...police had his gun drawn up already.."

Man2: "oh, the police got the brother [crosstalk]??"

Man1: "the police shot him...the police kept [dumping?] on him...I'm thinking that the police missing, like he like...police were like at this far corner[?]....[crosstalk]...police fire shots...next thing I know I think he's missing..."

Man2: "The police shoot him?"

Man1: "The police shot him...next thing I know, I think he's missing...and the the dude started running, coming TOWARDS the police!"

Seems like the comment about OW was just an observation, not a medical clearance, testimony or anything like that. I feel like people are just looking for reasons to declare this guy "biased" and attack his professionalism. How do his comments about OW, or being married to a defence attorney, show that the forensic examination was in any way compromised or inaccurate?

jmcgladr, I have the utmost respect for Dr Baden's conclusions and professional opinions, as a world renowned Pathologist. Dr Baden, replied to Judge Jeanne, that MB had no injury to his hand which was blatantly untrue, and imo was intentional spin to deflect... Imo, the hand injury of MB is very damning and will likely be the catalyst for the grand jury's refusal to return a true bill in this case... JMO

Saying he was talking to his girlfriend and said Al Sharpton might or might not come depending on the "shine time" he could get.

IIRC, since St.L Co uses personal property tax rolls and other lists/sources for jury selection,
it is more 'inclusive' than jurisdictions using only real property (land ownership) rolls.

Therefore, jury pool would include more candidates, than if using only real est owners, imo.

Hand injuries are exquisitely painful, due to the dense distribution of nerves in the hand and fingers. I don't think that's a surprise to anyone.

My hubby and I discussed the possibility of MB's right hand injury as a "slide bite" wound. (Hubby is extremely knowledgeable about pistols, and has attended seminars for range owners, as he is pursuing the possibility of opening an indoor range. I have some experience, also-- military, and civilian.) So I have mulled over the idea that the gash on the right hand many are discussing as a slide bite-- when originally I considered it a missed/ graze wound by a projectile.

We know that there was a significant "altercation" at/ inside the car, from numerous reports (including confirmation by Brown family Attorneys Crump and Parks). The following is my speculation about the sequence of MB's injuries, and OW's injuries.

We know Officer Wilson was assaulted/ received significant facial injuries. I think that happened first, before OW's pistol was fired inside the vehicle. It's not a stretch to think the officer may have been reaching for his weapon as the assault was in progress (thru the patrol car window).

A "slide bite" wound makes a lot of sense to me as the FIRST wound sustained by MB. "If" MB's right hand injury is a "slide bite" wound, it's likely from grabbing down onto the officer's pistol, as they grappled.

We know the officer's weapon was discharged inside the patrol car. That means there is significant evidence that we have not seen, or heard yet. There will be the bullet trajectory, and the brass ejected. And possibly powder evidence.

If MB sustained a slide bite injury, MB's blood will almost certainly be on the weapon, as well as inside the car, and IMO it's strongly possibly that there could even be MB's blood on Officer Wilson's uniform.

Hand wounds are exquisitely painful. IMO, a slide bite wound could have enraged MB beyond the emotions he was experiencing knowing he just committed the robbery & assault of the store and clerk, and the "significant encounter" with Officer Wilson that ticked him off. Adding to the upset/ rage he may have felt for failing to obtain the officer's weapon, or intimidate the officer into backing off after confronting them. (My own speculation.)

I guess what I'm trying to say is that it makes a LOT of sense to me that the right palm injury to MB is a slide bite from the weapon firing with his hand over top, and that this wound may have further enraged an already criminally impulsive MB (IMO). Then, shots to his arm further enraged him, and prompted him to "bum rush" the officer-- resulting in the fatal head wounds. That's my speculation. It's the scenario that makes the most logical sense to me, given what OW was doing prior to being called to this area, and given what MB was doing prior to being confronted by OW. I don't think there was any "hands up" surrender going on.

I think it likely WAS a slide bite wound to MB's right hand, amping up his rage. If it was a slide bite, I feel pretty certain there will definitely be MB's blood evidence in the car, on the weapon, and on OW's uniform. It's possible OW also received a slide bite wound depending on where his hand was on the weapon as it fired. We don't know if OW has any hand injuries. If I'm right, the GJ will get this evidence presented to them.
