I eliminated any crimes before 2010, he'd have been a juvenile before that. On one of the tabs, their address and DOB are listed. I counted four total entries for him for sure, a couple of possible minor ones were possible. LOL - One dude with same name looks like a career criminal, DOB in '87 I believe.

Yeah, that would make it a different guy just by birth year. Thanks. Forget the additional charges I pulled up. Our DJ is younger than that. Thanks again.

I am really fearful of the kinds of things we might hear during forensics i.e. mistakes (whether intentional or not) that they made collecting and testing evidence.

Let's hope not, but I'm just imagining things like....gun got passed around by many cops and all the fingerprints got smudged all over so they couldn't get any discernible fingerprints. Or something like that.

I don't think so. Not if they liked and respected their fellow officer. They were going to take this evidence very seriously and very carefully, imo. I bet they have all their ducks in a row in this case. jmo

Unless he is a lying liar who lies.

[He already has a recent arrest for lying to police in a case report.]

I'm
Gonna defend him just a lil bit...

He put what Mike handed him
Back on the counter..,I truly believe he wasn't looking for any sort of trouble that day.

His biggest mistake was and continues to be who he associates with.

All IMO

Hammer out the shots details y'all, need shuteye. Will listen tomorrow when I can crank up the volume, don't want to send the sleeping troops reeling with the sounds of gunshots. Hate to be winged by my own Glock, the wife don't play.

G'night good people!

You know what? I just might lie to take my bad parts out if I was looking at being locked up in prison for the rest of my life.

This is a young, Black male - you think that he thinks that he would get a fair chance? No, I"m sure he was thinking holy s*** I'm done. On top of that, he had just witnessed a friend being gunned down in the street. So his friend gets gunned down, and do you think Dorian is thinking, oh yeah the cops will just listen to me like I'm some sort of doctor or something? That they'll give me a fair chance?

JMO.

I really don't think we can pretend to know what goes through a Black male's mind in regard to relationship with the police.

Oh, I agree. And He wasn't the one who got physical either. I think he might have tried running, but I don't think he would have attacked the cop.

And his story snowballed into THIS....

I understand why he minimized and lied to make them both look innocent. Accountability doesn't come easy or natural to most of the people I know.

Of course, he had a good reason to lie. But what really pissed me off is that the entire town of Ferguson accepted his story and they still do. They still believe the two choirboys were walking to Grandma's, and the big mean white cop backed up, almost ran them over, then reached out, grabbed Mikey Mike by the neck with one hand, pulled out his gun with the other, yelled, I'ma gonna shoot now Boy, and began pumping him with bullets while he ran away.

No arguments about Dorian. His testimony alone would never hold water with me. It would have to be supported by physical evidence and corroborating testimony. In other words, his words alone mean little to me.

Speaking of Dorian, no idea if it's the same guy, but plug his name into casenet. I ran into some other stuff too that wasn't reported (at least back then). Not sure that we can link casenet now, or I would, but if you look you can find it and maybe determine if it's the same guy.

If Dorian Johnson said the sky was blue and the grass was green, I'd look out the window to see if he was correct.

So 10?

Do you think the first 1 is the one at the car?

Yeah 10, but his lawyer said she was sure she heard 11, so IDK.

I have no idea, but there is pause b/w 1 and then the second set 12345. Then I think I heard a very slight pause between the 1 and the 234 of the second set.

Me too...

I'm just saying...I get it.

There is probably no one more shocked that people bought it, than him.

Serious question. I really don't know how that impacts discussion on this case. There have literally been 11 threads of sleuthing MB as more than just a victim in this case. Seems like that is the exact question put into play by LE.

I am really having trouble understanding how MB is considered a crime victim in the classic sense. Based on official information released by St Louis County Police, prior to being shot, MB assaulted OW and attempted to grab his gun. These are felonies. He also violently robbed a store - another felony.

If we are to believe these official accounts by St Louis County Police - MB was a fleeing felon when he was shot and killed by OW. Every day felons are killed trying to flee arrest and yet we don't consider them victims. Tamerlan Tsarnaev, one of the Boston bombers, was killed fleeing police and no one would ever consider him a victim (granted his crimes were far worse than strong-arm robbery or assaulting an officer). Of course MB was a victim of his own decisions and actions but I don't see him as a crime victim.

Also, his lies are forcing the cop to be looking at a murder case. So because he does not want to admit to everything, he is proudly, loudly, accusing the cop of murder. And he KNOWS that MB was the one who blindsided the cop. He knows it. But he is going on al these news shows with his attorney telling a made up fairytale version of the story. n

Sorry, not going to give him a pass for that.
