The atty Anthony Gray was just on CNN. He said something kind of odd, imo. The newscaster asked 'how did his mom feel after viewing at the morgue yesterday?' --[ which was a stupid question of course]

atty: "well, just think of yourself viewing your own child, and multilpy that by 10. "

<modsnip>

Now why would that newscaster ask such a stupid question?

And then Anthony Gray gives a stupid answer. Think of yourself viewing your own child and multiply it by 10??? What does that mean anyway?

THIS is just MEAN. JMO

I took it as taking away from the pain and grief of other parents who have lost a child, when saying 10x worse...I don't see it as cruel...I guess everyone reads it different.

Petitions arise following Michael Brown's shooting death

The petitions seem to center around anger at the Missouri Revised Statute Chapter 563 Defense of Justice law. Under “Law enforcement officer's use of force in making an arrest,” a police officer is able to use “deadly force” and “need not retreat or desist” during an arrest attempt if the officer feels threatened or is resisted.

But support for Wilson is also growing. A xxxxx
effort for Wilson's legal fees has raised more than $148,000. ($160k)

A Michael Brown Memorial Fund has raised more than $130,000. The proceeds for both fundraising efforts will go to the respective families.

Can someone double check, but twice today I've gone to the funding site that can not be named and searched for Officer Wilson- using his full name. It does not come up in the first several pages. I had to finally go find a direct link from media. I've also search for Mike Brown, several pages come up for him immediately, and his was on the home page. I'm just trying to see if someone else is having the problem and if the site is has 'fixed' the search. TIA

The trajectory of this shot has me trying to figure out how and when it happened:
One of the bullets shattered Mr. Brown’s right eye, traveled through his face, exited his jaw and re-entered his collarbone. The last two shots in the head would have stopped him in his tracks and were likely the last fired.

The last two shots were to the head. One to the eye & one to the crown of the head. The one to the crown being the fatal one. Before Michael Brady coming forward there was much discussion on the position of his head based on whether he was rushing MB with his head down or lying on the ground when he was shot. Since Brady, the possibility of MB bending over clutching his arm has been raised.

I took it as taking away from the pain and grief of other parents who have lost a child, when saying 10x worse...I don't see it as cruel...I guess everyone reads it different.

That is EXACTLY what I was trying to say. It was the ATTORNEY that was being cruel. I said NOTHING about the grieving mother.

First of all, the newscaster asked a moronic question How does she think someone would feel viewing their child at the morgue?

But then the attorney answered oddly, saying she felt like any parent would, BUT MULTIPLIED BY 10. THAT is what I was discussing. Why this attorney would say such a divisive thing.

Where there is a will, there is a way! Those kids and teachers know the deal!

THOSE faces should be the faces of Ferguson. What they're doing should be videoed and broadcast on every single news station.

Not the two bit thugs with giant chips on their shoulders throwing glass bottles filled with piss.

THOSE people in that library are taking personal responsibility of their situation instead of whining 'poor me'.

It's a dang shame that little children know more about life than most of the adults in the middle of this hot mess.

If you keep doing what you're doing, you're going to keep getting what you're getting!

This just needed to be repeated!!!
Awesome post!

wowowowowowowowowow . Baden was sandbagged by the schemers.

Thanks to K_Z for posting this during the pervious thread. I am shocked that Nancy Grace and Shepard Smith's staff have not uncovered this info.

Shawn Parcells, man of many invented credentials. A legend in his own mind.

Regarding Shawn Parcells, the "assistant" to the eminent Dr. Baden, who conducted the private family second autopsy of MB.

Decide for yourself how much weight to give to his "work" and his "professional opinions." I can't link ALL the professional blog comments about him lol! I might ask a mod if those sites can be linked, but there is enough on the authorized sites to keep one busy reading for a while. I understand why the Brown family attorneys contracted his business, but I'm baffled why anyone keeps giving this man a microphone to talk. (Oh. Wait. Maybe I'm not baffled at all, lol!) Incidentally, Shwan Parcells also has a ministry business, Shawn Parcells Ministries. (Can't link all the blogs there either.)

Apparently, there is a lot of $$ to be made in the "private autopsy" business. Average price is $3000 cash. Nice WSJ article on same. Lots of outsourcing from counties and municipalities to private companies-- largely unregulated. That seems to be a bit of a problem to me for criminal cases, or insurance cases, etc.

Shawn L. Parcells, a forensic pathologist assistant and founder of Parcells Forensic Pathology Group, testified an underlying infection likely led to disseminated intravascular coagulation.

By transporting the body from the funeral home to the morgue in his black SUV and bringing along his own autopsy tools, he saves coroners both time and money.

Lol-- here is a RECENT article that refers to him as "Professor Shawn Parcells!" His sum total of "professor" experience was ONE DAY of shadowing. He has no degree higher than a bachelor's degree. (Lol-- not even university "faculty", contract or affiliate, would try that stunt! Talk about credential inflation, whoooweee!) But WAIT!! Now he's an "instrumental participant". Or is he a Professor? Which is it? Getting whiplash here from all the fake credentials flying around!

http://www.ksdk.com/story/news/local...aden/14233029/

Professor Shawn Parcells, an instrumental participant in the autopsy evaluation, said Brown could have survived five of the wounds, but one, which hit the apex of his head, went through is brain and was not survivable.
You know, sometimes one just has to stop looking. There is just too much out there about this man's invented credentials for me to give a single instant of respect to anything he has to say clinically. He needs desperately to STFU, IMO. Or the media need to get a REAL "google clue" about this man!

So on CNN the newscaster is saying it could ' BE CRUCIAL' to the case that the eye socket was not fractured. :waitasec:

Katydid, we all knew what you meant and you are absolutely right. That attorney had no right to put measurements on anyone's pain.

There was nothing wrong with your post or reaction at all. I took it how it was intended.

Giggle...

I really hate CNN.

IMO
