Hope they checked out the list of possible suspects the family gave them. I would continue to canvass the neighbourhood. Check back yards, sheds, anything. Put up bill boards! :(
 
Good grief...it is great that this LE is letting the public know what is going on, for a change, but nothing? Really?
 
The parents of a missing 10-month-old Missouri girl have given police more than a dozen names as they try to think of potential suspects or people who paid especially close attention to the child, a relative said Thursday.

"We're scraping for anything, anyone who was at the house, who looked at her strange. Anything," said Mike Lerette, a cousin of the baby's mother.

Her parents are trying to remember people who recently came into contact with Lisa or paid her extra attention, Lerette said. He is encouraging them to think of anyone, from utility workers who visited their Kansas City home to store cashiers, and they've compiled a list of more than a dozen names.

MOO: The incident early today with the parents being animated. My guess is LE didn't want the parents to talk to reporters, so they tell them they are needed at the command post and parents upset for they were about to go on camera. Now LE has to baby sit the parents so the parents don't let anything slip out about the case that can harm the investigation. MOO MOO and MOO
 
Has there been any description on the guy carrying a baby with only a diaper on that was seen by the neighbor at midnight?

I can't help but wonder if that might NOT be totally true and just hoping the responsible party gets a bit more secure???

If they don't know anything then why are they searching the same place again?

I've only heard this mentioned once, so perhaps it wasn't true. I also heard that neighbors called 911 because they heard blood curdling screams coming from the woods, but no follow up on that either.
 
If they are so stumped...why no reward money??
Why no talk of checking with local sex offenders??

I'm sure there are quite a few things that they are not talking about right now. We have to remember that LE isn't going to give the public every single tip or lead that they have. Also, maybe there is a reward in the works that hasn't been announced yet.
 
MOO again: Cell phones were taken as a diversion, my guess they took the sims card out and battery and placed it in semi truck, out of state car, anything that will move the phones out and away in the direction the child will go.

I suppose it could have started out as a robbery, cells were taken first, then the perp heard the child cough, he goes back to check, and he has had pedophile tendency or is one. Decides to take the child, holds baby's mouth and leaves out the front door.

Got rid of cell phones as he was leaving. Perp wouldn't park at the house, but rather down the street. Scratch that, if it was a robbery, they usually take tv's, stereo's and stuff therefor would need a vehicle close by.

Dang every thing I come up with doesn't fit nicely. The only thing that does is that someone that knew at least a little about this family and home does.
 
I just got a nasty virus on my computer so I'm having to read from my iPhone! This thread is moving so quickly and my eyes are starting to go cross-eyed!

Does anyone know if Mom and kids had been home all evening? Or had they been out somewhere?
