Thanks KCSleuth for your excellet job of uncovering all this. In addition I observed on one of his sales (gun parts maybe) that he was going by army_medic as well. I have been searching the internet for that (as well as fire_medic also). Finding bits and pieces, but nothing alarming. Thanks again!
 
KMBC-TV reports tonight, March 23, that Renee's mother and stepfather filed papers today in Clay County Court seeking guardianship of Renee's two boys. I haven't been able to find the story on their website yet.

If you look on casenet, they actually filed on 3/5/09.

It is under Renee's sons' names, her mother's name, and her step-father's name. It is not under Shon Pernice's name.
 
Interesting developement. I hope the Renee's parents win custody. Did we know about what I snipped below?

I don't remember reading about this. I did look at what was out on casenet - saw this on another blog - and it looks like they filed this on March 5.

Do a litigant name search on Renee's mother's name. Linda D. Lockwood. Use the D. or you get a bunch of other Linda Lockwood's. Not a lot of info out there. It does say there is a hearing scheduled for April 16.

dsntslp, I had to go back about 3 pages into the blog's archive to find an item about Kelli Sharp's uncle/attorney commenting on what Shon told an interviewer about how he & Kelli hooked up.

ADD: Please God let Renee be found, and her murderer be brought to justice, soon!

If you click on the "older posts" link at the bottom of the page you can go through and find the info. You may have to go through three or four pages to find it all. There are several posts about Kelli Sharp, her attorney, and her ex-husband.

Well dang....could *this* be the truck?

This is Google Street View of 8424 Tomahawk Rd., Overland Park, KS, which Zabasearch has as the address of one Kevin Maroney. Alonzo Washington's blog suggested the truck could belong to Kelli Sharp's cousin Kevin Maroney.

It sure could be. Great finds you posted here.
 
This doesn't look like the truck to me. When I zoomed in on the address provided, 8424 Tomahawk (I think), the text said "Approximate address 8418 Tomahawk". Also, the truck photo that was published in the KCStar had a curve to the back passenger window and a carrier rack on top, short nose and short bed. This just doesn't look like that truck to me.
