The confusion over who texted "whyy" is either sloppy reporting or a serious slip up by someone.
I'm guessing the last incoming text from unidentified number is the "whyy"? Just want to make sure that's not new info. I had trouble making out the time stamp on the "whyy" message.
I think these are the times we have:
2:45 am - texted friend she was to meet
4:11 am - left work
4:25 am - stopped by NKCPD (article says around this time) (Thank you kdg411!)
4:33 am - attempted 2 ATM withdrawals
4:42 am - texted friend she was getting pulled over
9:30 pm - cell phone went dead (Thank you Elainera!)
All but the time Toni left work is found here:

But that's not her phone we're seeing, is it? It's the friend's, right?
Has her phone been found?
Wait. Um. I'm so sorry but I'm trying to catch up on the fly. She was pulled over @ 4:25 AND 4:42? Or was she "still" pulled over when she texted her friend at 4:42?
I swear to y'all I'm smarter than this but for some reason I cannot wrap my brain around this today.
Again, TIA. You guys always come through!

Pulled over once
This is my theory.
4:11am - Left work
4:30 am (approx) - Arrived at the QuickTrip on SouthWest Blvd/31st, attempted to use ATM
4:40 am - Pulled over by LE at junction of Burlington St/20th St
4:42 am - sends text. Drives a little up the road to the QuickTrip directed by the LEO, to get gas
???
4:53 am - Last text received, doesn't repond
9:30 pm - Phone dies
So she stopped at QuickTrip twice or stopped at 2 different QuickTrips?
Skib! TY (and everyone else!). Do we know what the last text at 4:53 said and or to whom it was sent?

Is there a possibility that she got to her destination and started doing drugs. Possible she had too much Adderall, the morning before. Can people on Adderall do meth or cocaine or needing more Adderall? Flipped out? OD? Strung out? No offense. Off the grid spinning off the edge or is she a victim of a fatal accident or crime. I hope more info comes in soon.

Kind of what I was thinking. Maybe she went on a pill run before meeting up with co workers later or weed. Or who knows. But she did get off early. Bar people like to hang out and party after work or unwind go have breakfast take a nap before getting ready for work again.Anyone can always do more than one drug at a time. However, Adderall, coke, and meth are all uppers and to do all three together would be risky and, in my own experience, odd to mix the three. Most people will only do one or two drugs at the most (not including alcohol). Adderall will last about 5-6 hours, depending on the dose and the person's size and body weight. Coke and meth are drugs that are continually done - they don't last as long and therefore create the need to keep indulging. As an additional note I will add that coke and meth can make a person extremely paranoid. I have never done meth nor have I ever been around anyone that has, but I do have experience with coke and although I never personally experienced paranoia I have seen people experience extreme paranoia while on coke.

Have any of you seen what a certain person is tweeting about Toni (kccrimefighter)?
https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=news&q=toni anderson missing&src=typd&lang=en
But then with a missing person, the more media attention or exposure seems like it might increase the chances of someone talking and more people looking. That guy is just race baiting and using a tragedy to promote an agenda. Shameful
