The one on the left has been photo-shopped. She had pictures of herself in her FB album and she looked more like the one on the right. Not sure if they are still there.

Looks more like one of those glamour shots to me. Makeup and nicely groomed hair and a smile can do wonders, though. Nobody looks good in a mug shot, they're worse than driver's license pictures.
