Foul play suspected in case of missing woman
Clarke County Sheriff Todd Kemp says Alisha Blair Ivy vanished without a trace.

"We believe that foul play is involved. She has not been seen or heard from since that Sunday afternoon here in Quitman on Long Boulevard," said Sheriff Kemp.
"I do believe if we find the phone, we'll find evidence of Blair Ivy," said Kemp.

Friends we spoke with say it is unlike Ivy to go more than a day without talking to someone. That's when they began to suspect the worst.

"I saw her Sunday and she said she was leaving; she was going to go chill. She'll be back," said Raven Knighten.
