#JessicaChambers - Jury: Quinton Tellis is NOT GUILTY of capital murder.

Many said guilty what the he77 happens now

Well, this will surely be a mistrial. This is so crazy!

In all the years I have moderated trials and followed trials I have never seen anything like this.. mind boggling

IDK what's going on but IMO there's no way these jurors are capable of understanding the testimony and evidence in this case.

Why is judge calling jurors by name when asking them to say their verdict out loud??

Because they completely differed from what the paper he received said!! <modsnip>This poor judge. He has amazing restraint. I wonder if anything like this has ever happened to him.

I agree. Holy hell, thank God for chance at retrial because this will surely be a mistrial.

I concur. I've never seen anything like this and I've watched trials for 15 years.

How can they be tasked with a task as important as being a juror on a murder case and not even figure out what unanimous is and whether or not their votes are, in fact, unanimous?

I think I caught about 7 for guilty. Anyone else catch it?
