I had the same thought as I know the answer is, unfortunately imo, no. But I'm hoping there is something particular about the turpin evidence here that is similar enough to contribute to the rest of the circumstantial evidence in this case.

Is a turpin a seed, weed, grass, bud?

Ok, I have a thought as to how it is a definate now that Caylee's death wasn't an accident. When I heard on Nancy that it is confirmed that the duct tape was around Caylee's mouth, I immediately thought of something from the JonBenet case..Steve Thomas wrote in his book that one of the reasons he thought the Ramsey's faked JonBenet's kidnapping was the duct tape found on her mouth..heres an excerpt:As part of her staging, Thomas wrote that Patsy put a strip of duct tape over JonBenet's mouth. "There was bloody mucus under the tape, and a perfect set of the child's lip prints, which did not indicate a tongue impression or resistance," indicating that JonBenet had not been alive when the tape was affixed to her mouth. So if Casey's fingerprints were found on the duct tape, and evidence of resistance wouldn't that point to intentional murder? If it was determined the taped was placed when Caylee was alive that def. squashes the whole "terrible accident and mother panics and fakes a kidnapping" theory.

Say what you want about him, but I was convinced as he was that it was an accident and I know how sad I am today.

He probably didn't want to believe she was capable of such a horrible act, and after all he did bond her out of jail initially. I can understand why he seems so sad tonight. MOO

I was the first person to hold my grandson, his mommy was in a coma and his daddy stayed with mommy. The other gramma was with her daughter, I went for the baby and no one ever hated me for loving him while this all was going on. We had a happy ending....everyone lived and God blessed us with 2 more babies!!!

Yes, thats what I mean, that is a normal reaction, something must have been really wrong in the KC/CA relationship before that came up.

TY Yardie, it is extremely frustrating. When the woman on NG said that CA wasn't a good grandma for that reason, I blew. I'm tired of hearing it.

nomoresorrow, my "stepdaughter" is my daughter, for all intents. I raised her from the time she was 6yrs old. Her own mother abandoned her. I also raised HER first child for the first few months.

anyway, sorry for the OT on my situation, but the woman on NG just really ticked me off, saying that about the grandma.

NO apology needed! I'm just so cranky from the way that this case has been handled. I'm sorry for that. :blowkiss:

I hope I don't get into trouble for posting this, but it is scanned tabloid articles from the Globe and NE. The one from the Globe is where I read that TL didn't want female children.

Also, the NE article (pg. 4 of thread) is saying Casey will go free; even Daniel Horowitz thinks she will walk. :furious:

I even have an issue with GA filing a Police Report in the first place.

He knew that KC stole Gas cans in the past & most likely it was Casey that stole the cans this time so why didn't he mention that in the Police Report?

Why even file a report at all..???

Why not Call KC & say...

"Give me back my Damn Gas Cans....I know that it was you that took them"

CA's therapist advised her to throw KC out and get custody of Caylee, right? Maybe CA told G that it was time to start reporting KC for stealing (tough love kinda thing). Of course, we all know how that worked out.

Did Cindy threaten to take Caylee away so Casey killed her just to spite her?

Did Cindy tell Casey that she wan't babysitting anymore & that she would have to get a job to support Caylee herself..??

I think Cindy threatened to throw her out and get custody of Caylee. Main reason I think so is because on one of the 911 tapes, Cindy can be heard telling Casey (paraphrased) "we'll do the 'child thing' in court and get (custody of) Caylee, if that's the way you want to play it." Just the way she said it sounded to me like it wasn't the first time she'd said as much.

The flurry of calls could have been Cindy calling Casey to jump on her about stealing the gas, or to ask where Caylee was while Casey was at the house.

Yes such as perhaps saliva, blood (from biting her lip and/or tongue) vomit, and it's very possible that she may have aspirated on her own vomit. (sorry, but it is a reality)

There are probably several ways to tell if it went on while she was alive or not. Marks from trying to get it off, vomiting while gagged and panicking is very likely. I personally don't get the placement after she died theory. She did nothing, absolutely nothing, to stage this as a kidnapping. Tape on a skeleton is hardly indicative of a kidnapping. If she was going to stage a kidnapping you dump the body immediately and call the police.

Yes, and then on the 17th Tony skips school so they can spend the day together. All while the body is in the trunk, until the 18th when Tony is in class and the Anthony's are out of the house.

Did Caylee die at home, on the 16th?

Or did Casey return with her on the 16th to bury her, possibly?

Remember, we still have that backyard decomp...

Did Casey temporarily bury her in the backyard? Hence, the hits...

Did Casey clean up in the pool on the 18th? IIRC, the pool ladder incident was the 18th as well as the shovel. Returning on the 18th to transport her down to Suburban, possibly...with 2 days of decomp, I'm sure it was messy...
and there were maggots...so, there had to be outside exposure for flies to lay eggs, most likely, no...?

So, was it one bag when removed from trunk and buried in backyard, then rebagged when dug up to take to Suburban, maybe?

I guess a person can have that opinion but what if your wife gives birth to a girl? Quite a lot of pressure to put on your wife. Any man ever told me something like that I would have told him "Yea and I want to have a real man in my life and walked out the door". KC is a coward, she couldn't stand up for herself and wouldn't stand up for Caylee.
