LE has been asking publicly since day one for Casey to help them find Caylee.

She has steadfastly refused to do so. I can see at some future point, Miss Casey attempting to throw Jose under the bus by saying she didn't assist LE under the advice of her attorney, arguing that her counsel was incompetent.

Yep yep.

Maybe she thinks LE is getting close & she left evidence somewhere that she needs to clean up

I don't know how she thinks she's going to go anywhere without a 100 people following her - If that is what she's planning

Just for speculation.............what if Caylee's remains are in that wooded area where a young woman resembling Casey was seen coming out of the woods? Maybe Casey put the remains in a very shallow grave, or maybe didn't even bother with digging......just put some brush over the remains. If that's the case, it shouldn't be difficult for TES to find the remains, and that's what Casey is worried about.

Isn't it fairly common for perps to return to the scene of the crime?

Maybe Casey has a hankering to swing by a swamp to reassure herself that nothing's showing, if you know what I mean.

Oh, but I betcha he has some kind of invisible shield.

Hysterical .....out loud hysterical.....you mean he has like a force field thing? Cool. Does that umbrella he has from the publishing company (spare no expense) shoot it out?

I was approved a couple of weeks ago as a 'friend' on KC's facebook account. I don't know why she approved me, lol. I just wanted to spy. There wasn't much there. Anyway, I just went there now to see if the comments LP was talking about were on facebook instead of myspace and her entire account is deleted and it says she has no friends. Last time I checked (a few weeks ago, i've been busy, lol) she had well over 200 friends.

Good point, I think you all may be right. I wonder if there was some way to say yes, go ahead and let her lead them to the body.

Will the judge be the same one KC had at the very first bond hearing? The one that said "Ms Anthony and the truth are strangers."? I really liked him!

I guess regardless of who the judge is, none of them is the least bit impressed with KC. And I sure don't see any one of them granting her request to go out on a private search!

I just read that it IS Strickland..again! YAY! I think it was on WESH..

Casey looked horrible in those jeans. All wrinkled and clingy at the bottom of one leg. She looks like a wide rear short legged gum smacking skinny armed tshirt sleeve rolled up blankety blank. She really thinks she's all that with the stroll she does. Maybe this should be in the rant page, but she was shown on Nancy Grace.

I'm thinking that the timing is too coincidental with that information released last week about the woman who may have seen Casey's car and this motion for the secret search. I think Casey's just a little nervous right now. MOO

"The strain of the current situation will wear on those around her and pressure her to explain her behavior. Because she cannot explain her lies, she will blame everyone else. She will want to flee. She may even reach for religion as a means to cope, and depression is likely to follow. Then police will be able to talk with her to find out what she really knows."

You just KNOW that house has to be like a pressure cooker!

:woohoo:

I am glad to see that home confinement has its benefits after all. :bang:

I liked someone's idea that if she didn't find Caylee where she was looking it would mean an immediate return to jail. LOL

By the way~ It is interesting as someone else mentioned that we have not seen an interview or mention of Annie in all of this. None of the Doc dumps have had Annie in them. I do find it odd. Does this mean her testimony is under lock and key by LE?

There's supposed to be another document dump very soon. Let's see if Annie's interview is in that one.

That should be some interesting reading! Thanks for the heads up! :)

I can only hope that CA & KC are driving each other absolutely insane and one of them is ready to blow. Then either we'll get some answers or KC can get her butt right back to jail. I'd be walking a fine line with CA since she holds the cards on whether KC goes back in or not. I doubt she's swearing at her mother much these days, but who knows. They're both so volitile and lie.

Yes, an astonishing number of times. My daughter...my child (IIRC). From the beginning I've always found this very unsettling...creepy somehow, like "my boots, my blow dryer, my laptop." Her terms depersonalize Caylee by depriving her of a name and they're also devoid of even a slightly affectionate modifer, such as "My little daughter."

GA and CA are the opposite, of course, and--in this instance--seem normal.
As in Caylee was her possession? I actually believe that's what she thought of her, something she owned that she could do whatever she wanted to with her. MOO

Sure looks like his car. I don't think he would be there overnight tho. I wonder if someone gave him a ride to the airport?

I actually noted in GA's audio interview he referred to her as "the little girl" quite a few times, I didn't like it then either. It sounded distanced to me.
