If George is telling the truth about the pinstripe pants he could have been watching Casey to see what type clothes she was wearing since he already suspected that there was no job. On the other hand, the clothes may have been hanging in the closet all the time if the Casey went back home and changed into something else after George left for work. Maybe jeans or some other type clothes were the ones that were really washed.

George kind of screws up here if he's lying...Aren't the pinstripe pants the ones that they later found in the car - you know, the ones that CA washed?

So now we know for sure that if there was an argument between Casey & Cindy on the 15th then it took place that evening.

If we can find out for sure where she slept & what time she showed up there then that narrows the window down even more.

Every now and then, I go back and listen to that ten minute phone call KC made from the jail to her mom, LA and her friend. And when I hear it, there is no doubt, at least in my mind, that KC killed the baby. Her tone, her condescending nature, her self victimization...makes me sick.

Well Caylee wasn't missing on June 12..the day of the siting by a friend of the A's. LE has the log in book and the nurse at the Assisted Living Facility stating CA and Caylee were there on the 15th.

It's just odd to me that what she was reported wearing on the 12th to GEORGE by a friend is the same that GA says Caylee was wearing on the 16th of June, down to the sunglasses. The Greta interview was posted on August 6th..I'm trying to hunt down when it was actually filmed.

I know she wasn't missing on the 12th

Heres my question...

What day did George first hear about the reported sighting of Caylee wearing the sun glasses?

Did he hear that report before or after he gave the interview to Greta on Aug 6th?

Am I making any sense?

But, not according to TonE. Also, if you check out the phone log thread, they have pings that show her at her house on that night, talking and texting TonE.

Patty wasn't the video of Caylee taken just after NOON on the 15th? Were they really there 4 or 5 hours? That is a long time for a 2 1/2 almost 3 year old, don't you think?

I recall the grey pinstriped slacks being among one of the items seized from the home as evidence by LE.

I thought Clint said he wasn't sure if she was there that particular night. I know he said she was there most of the time, but couldn't be sure about the 15th when Greta asked him.

Tony has posted on another forum that claims to have verified that it is him. He says that Clint made a mistake and says that KC did NOT stay over on the 15th. He goes on to say that LE confirmed this with cellphone records...which our own sleuthers seem to be doing as well!

Yes, and exactly what fits in with the timeline. That's why I can't see them in the pool that evening when CA was obviously enraged at Casey about the stolen money. I think a lot of cover up was in that interview with Greta. MOO

IIRC, I thought they swam in the pool before the trip to Mt. Dora. I remember thinking that this was a busy day for such a little girl. When I see Caylee in the video, I think she looks tired. I don't know where I read or heard that the pool was early in the day, trip to Mt Dora, dinner at great grandma's and then home to Hopespring. Then an argument overheard by neighbors and Caylee is missing.

The employee at the nursing home shift started at 3:00, so that's when the employee first saw Caylee and Cindy. I don't know the time they went there but if the video says 12:00 it was taken, then it appears they were there for at least 3 to 4 hours.

Okay I see where you are going..I'll have to dig..I'm not sure when GA reported the sighting but it had to have been early on b/c they changed their story to the 15th early in this case. By then the 12th would have been irrelevant KWIM??? It had to be BEFORE the Greta interview..it had to be.

IMO there was no sleeping for KC that night..

LP stated that as well tonight on NG. She just drove around (per cell phone records) and would talk with whomever she could reach

So if we can find out what time this argument took place & what time she showed up at Clint's (without Caylee I'm assuming) then that is most likely the time of Caylee's death.

This is of course assuming that GA is lying or mistaken about seeing Casey & Caylee on the 16th
