?????????

rightless usually means more or less as in more or less done. At least that's how I interpreted what Chester said based on my experiences on hearing that word used in the past.

LE has NEVER confirmed that Ron passed a LD test. In fact from remarks in the last few days saying he has been moved from the top of the list of persons who may know something to near the end speaks volumes to me.

bbm, yes that's correct, as I said only one person commented, and that was Ron

I don't know why people are asked about their LDTs on television anyway. Not just Ron, but anybody. I mean, what's the use? Who is going to admit that they failed unless they have to? If someone's a criminal who lies in a LDT they aren't going to suddenly start to be honest on TV.

IIrc it's been said that people aren't generally told if they pass or fail. (I don't know this for a fact, I have never taken a LDT.) I believe it was posted that LE says they are satisfied. I think people may assume that means they passed. Ron and Misty aren't the only ones who seemed to think they passed, iirc Crystal said something along those lines as well.

She said "I don't know, I guess so. They were going to send the test off to the FBI" or something close to that. Hardly the resounding "I passed with flying colors, she did too." we got from Ronald.

IDK what they initially told Misty but if it's true that she told TM she wanted to retake the test because she didn't do so well in the earlier ones she must have cottoned on to the reality at some point.

I think I missed that, do you have a link to Misty or Tim saying Misty didn't think she did so well? I am not saying I don't believe that, I just don't remember that.

This defense attorney appears dazzled and confused.j

1. He's was at the "top of the list"
2. He's now at the "bottom of the list
3. He started work at his normal shift at 5:00pm (?) ...take note, does not mention the hours or the end of shift.
4. Ron worries about a lot of things, Nancy. Reply given for "Isn't he worried about his wife failing a poly?"

......IMO, the is very short list compiled by LE. Top: MC....Bottom RC.....simply matters of degree.

LOL, he sure does appear to be FRA-dazzled.

If you read the work hours that the sky is reporting from LE they say that Ron's shift started at 4pm that day. So if Ron leaves early like his attorney claims then Ron would not of had time to pick Haleigh up from the bus stop, which would mean that what Art Harris is reporting is true about other's seeing Misty pick Haleigh up that day. And as for Ron's accounts for the day with his attorney's SNARKY remark, no LE does not know where he was 24/7 that day, nor do they know where Haleigh was, Misty or anyone else. They find it odd that Ron was due to be off work at 12AM and worked the extra hours till 3am. Reported on Art's or the Sky's as well. So, I do see why Ron was at the top of the list and why he went down a few notches, I think LE needs the KEY "Misty" to come forward and share what all did happen that MORNING, AFTERNOON AND EVENING AND WHO WAS ALL INVOLVED. JMO

What? LE says his shift started at 4 and Atty said it started at 5 but he went half an hour early?

This is ridiculous. It's been seven months. They should know by now when his shift started and whether he was late or early.

Sorry, Flossie, I'll try if I can find it again but I'm not sure where it was that I saw or heard it.
