[Angel Who Cares]

I don't know what photo's they are talking about..it can't be those partying photo's, while they are bad in relation to the fact that her daughter is missing they really aren't "bad things" in general. Whoever has these photo's, assuming someone does have access to them, they either don't want to sell them or can't get anyone to buy them (which I doubt) or they are afraid to even come forward and reveal them. Weird, really weird.

They'll wait till @ the trial knowing like we do she's guilty as ****! Worth more after & God forbid she's found not they'll still be worth $. I'm leaning on the side of being found guilty for murder 100%.

Also, If he's an accountant he must have a degree from somewhere...Does anyone know?

He's 2 or 3 years older than KC, I think.

See !! That's just it ! After the first few weeks of KC's arrest and him running her back and forth to JB's office, he just dropped out of site. Rumors of him lawyering up, threatening to sue anyone on the net who mentions his name, we get only information relative to his direct interview with LE. No FBI tape, no cell pings, no text log, nada. He may be turning as a states witness, OR, he's hiding so far behind his attorney that no one can touch him. Something's just not right with this picture.

Maybe Lee has a lawyer and actually listens to him.

If he's subpoena'ed as a witness, doesn't he have to show up under court order without payment ? Otherwise, every other witness on the witness list could say, I'm not coming unless you pay me for my time.

We're talking about Dr. Henry Lee, as an expert witness for the defense, not LA.

Not expert witnesses. They are retained and paid by the defense

"Escorts" might make that much a week but "hookers" don't.

I think Casey was a hooker not an escort.

ITA: Plus KC was a lazy one I'm sure be it hooker/escort to me not much difference between to two. Posted this earlier, she made what $ she needed for that day to impress whoever her target was r need was for that day. KC wanted to look like a big shot to all of her college friends (enemies now).

I think in the documents there were copies of the backs of some of the checks where she had used her own ID...I guess she did have a duplicate???

Possibly, but there were 2 other instances of her not having an id:

1-Going to pick up the keg at the liquor store before Will W's party. KC had no id, so another friend had to pick it up later.

2-Going to look at apts with TonE, and her friend who was going to show them the apt., wouldn't let KC go see it, b/c no id, so Tony went with the leasing agent to see it.

I think they got him to scare the prosecution. Garegos hired him for Peterson and he never testified. In his book, he had no issues to use so he didn't testify. Bet he doesn't testify in this case either. Being on the witness list is no guarantee that they will actually testify.s

And don't forget what happened with Spector's trial! I agree, he just might not testify.

No.

Cashiers and apartment managers have no duty to do that. Casey was a potential customer and you want to keep customers. You just don't want to get in trouble.

The penalities to a store that sells to an underage kid as part of a "sting" are high. You pay a fine and can even lose your license.

Apartment managers also have to be especially careful not to accept any trashy deadbeats who'd never pass a background check under their own name.
