There's not one scintilla of the two cases - nada in common. Caylee was NOT KIDNAPPEED FROM HER OWN HOME. Next thing, she'll compare it with Steven Staynor - no wait, he's dead.

The chloroflorocarbons very well be a problem in this case. Even the Body Farm's forensic report says they think her age is the reason for them not being present but it really has not been studied so a definitive statement cannot be made.

That will lend itself towards the defense saying this is new science and not widely accepted. There was an exprosecuter in the paper today (I think that was her job) saying neither the air sample or the deathrings has been presented in a murder case, let alone a capital case.

I believe all of the forensics we have seen and have the utmost respect for the people that have done them, just mentioning what I have read.

Not only that, but because of the lenght of time the mother grieved for her and thought she was dead, she tried to except the worst and not live in denial. It was a MIRICAL that she came home, its a travesty that CA would compare the two.

Have we seen any proof that they did compel him to give his DNA? They would need a search warrant signed by a judge, like the one we have seen when they took Casey's in jail. Just curious why we haven't seen that?

Maybe someone should do what some of the body prospectors would do to find Caylee.
Now bear in mind, this is highly scientific, so bear with me:
1. Load up on coffee, til your eyeballs are floating.
2. Get on the freeway or major thoroughfare, must be at night.
3. Drive until you find a spot tp pull off and relieve yourself.
4. Get out, relieve, search area.
5. Go get more coffee.
I hate to admit it, but this is how a lot of bodies are found, probably how Caylee will be too.

I think if LE had only "1" peice of evidence then they would be in trouble but when you add everything up it's quite compelling

So why is he saying he left 100 searchers behind and they're continually looking right now? The man totally confuses me.

The volunteers that live locally and trained during the previous searches with TES are still searching in smaller groups. Some of them have posted on this board. Both statements are can be true. He did meet with the Anthony's, they don't see eye to eye, searches are continuing.
