Wouldn't her GP's have to press charges? I'm totally not sure. Yes I did hear the same as you on the Gp's birthday check and routing numbers.

I'm not sure either but if she's stealing money from an account I'm sure the Bank could get involved & file their own charges.

Not really sure though - I guess it would depend on "how" she actually stole the money - did she tamper with checks or did she just withdraw money without her Granny's permission?

I don't think any charges were pressed with regard to the grandmother's account. I tried to find more info on this and can't get confirmation. Hopefully someone else can confirm for sure. So far, it looks like the charges are pertaining to people outside of the family.

When KC goes to court on these economic charges, could the prosecutor subpoena KC's grandmother and inquire whether or not KC ever stole from her and used her routing number to steal from her - could they do this even though grandmother never pressed charges, but just to prove that she is a persistent thief?

My bold. CinA is an RN, IIRC in administration or management, up here, she would be terminated ie fired for her public behaviour She is not representing the nursing profession in a good light. A nurse must always represent her profession well even when off duty. Would you want her as your nurse, supervisor, manager or ceo? I think not. She is at great risk of losing her job if she has not already lost it and also at great risk of losing her nursing license. IMEducatedO.


ETA: She has probably been asked not to report to work until this is settled, Can you imagine a media circus in a hospital or other work setting? It would not be tolerated. She would be asked to leave the premises and escorted out by security.

I think she is petrified of what she is going through right now and answering how she feels about being caught. If you listen to the whole tape, she says "she is running out of options", and that was right after LE caught her in her lies about Universal and the old folks home. They are focusing on her lies and putting the spotlight on them and her, then she says she is running out of options.

The only thing I've heard is her using the routing numbers which means she probably used them over the net or phone..which is the only way I know that you can use routing numbers. I'm sure the bank never even knew about the theft as CA and GA smoothed it all over with the GP's and asked that they not press charges. JMO.

Casey stole money from her great grandmothers account via the routing number on the birthday check that she gave her. This money was alloted for the nursing home care for her great grandfather (she's a real peach)

According to Cindy's brother Rick CA and KC were in a HUGE fight over it and it's most likely the loud fight that neighbors overheard on Sunday Fathers day.

According to Rick Cindy's mom was angry with her for not pressing charges and or making Casey pay for what she did. Cindy somehow got Casey out of it with the bank....(repaying it I think.)

I find this one very interesting, because it means that Casey used the routing/account # as an echeck to try to pay for something online.

That puts her in federal law territory, no?
