Yes everything seems to be pointing to him being on another call. Wonder if this was his phone and if they got phone records for said phone. Would be interesting to find out when this call started if indeed it was a separate call.

With four phones in the basement bedroom and if both TM and SM had two phone each, calls could have been made from the ones other than their personal numbers. Were they work phones? If so have the call logs been checked on these? or were they additional phones to be used to cover their tracks IMO

It could be a mobile also. My brother lives in New York and both house phone and mobiles have the same area code - not sure if it is the same in NC?

Both are also similar in appearance.. cordless phones resemble mobile phones in many instances

Yes indeed they certainly did.
That would not go down well at all.. to suggest paramedics killed him.. wheres that link?
Very serious accusation..
Surprised it hasn't been brought up that tm didn't mention the catastrophic head injury to the back of head on phone. Skull exposed scalp missing, obvious deformity, if he was rolling him, he was close so why not say, God he's a mess he's bleeding bad from a big wound, was he ever on his front?

This is interesting, Molly is a member of a kick boxing fitness club on Facebook, if she had her own punch bag and gloves at home, perhaps the prosecution are going to claim she was well equipped to protect herself in the event of an attack? This would be their first opportunity to counter the 'defenseless, victim Molly' narrative IMO
Maybe she broke Jasons nose with a punch/kick

wait for evidence.. we heard nothing resembling a move of a body during 911 call.. but i think police were going to provide an expert to state where exactly phones were in relation to position of his body..i think i saw that in a v v early us report. i am not sure i did see it.. but if anybody else recalls seeing it?

Also notice the word strangle being used since trial began.. previously it was choke http://bloximages.newyork1.vip.town...-11e5-814d-b3e7eac0168d/568efad5ea265.pdf.pdf

911 call reference 'choke'
watch the wordplay carefully here.
wish we could obtain better info.. this is like a needle in a haystack..

This makes me think of Uncle Mike's statement when he was questioned about making a phone call to Jason's place of work and his response was along the lines of 'the phone records may show that a call was made from my phone but I have no recollection of making it' ...if you have multiple phones it makes it harder to track who made what calls and when, phone records only show which phone made the call, not who made the call. I don't think the warrants requested phone details for that number of mobiles but I may be wrong...also would TM's work phone be considered classified due to his job, therefore any call made from that phone may not be traceable?

see warrants for phones here.. same number was used in warrant for both tM and SM phone by my reckoning, if I read it right.. have a look, its possible i did not

Info is brutal, no dots being connected. Never noticed the word play. Really good observation. Hoping some good DNA and blood pattern evidence was done that is tight and can't be greatly disputed. Their expert needs to be good.

The Irish reporting seems to be better and what's blatantly obvious is the bias in the American reporting.

Which is quite a shame.

i just did a search on difference between choke and strangle, cannot vouch for this source
https://magazine.fighttimes.com/cha...gles-the-definitive-self-protection-handbook/
worth a look anyway because it casts light on alleged positions as described by defence

heres another

See page 2.
Recall TM made the 911 call. Recall he was an FBI agent where that difference would have been an essential part of his training..

It would make sense but why would TM cover for somebody else other than family?

Maybe he thought "I was saving my daughter" sounds better than "My daughter hired a hitman and this is the result".

Though the level of injury does not tally with the idea of a hitman. To me, it looks like it would have to be either someone deranged or someone with a very personal motive.

Absolutely, or both.

Other one, Ben, doing exact same.. just tweeting a selection..
All the Americans are doing that. They are being highly selective on what they are reporting. It's actually starting to get incredibly annoying and feels like they are trying to manipulate the public.
