She had no cuts or injuries though. They recorded that. Paramedics, LE and she refused medical treatment so defense on this appears weak imo.Dried blood behind her ear that wasn't tested... that was a mistake. Defence will try to claim it as her blood when it's likely to have been Jason's blood on her hands and she tucked her hair behind her ear at some point.
"(I found the bat) in the master bedroom of the residence - the bat was standing in front of the dresser," he said.
Article gives no mention to where paver was found. I wonder being that tm didn't mention it on 911 but later did to police. Was it hidden?

There are def some interesting insights in the comments to the Twitter updates...
If Jason had a strand of Molly's hair in his 'clenched' fist then how was her hair so manicured on the photographs taken of her after the fact? Did she take the time to brush her hair, but not check on the kids?
A photo of Jason's hand was mention either Wednesday or Thursday. I can't remember. His hand was photographed and did not have any of Molly's hairs on it.massive discrepancy whether photo showed a strand or a single hair.

No surprise. Everything this far has been the fault of everyone else.
It appears the defense strategy is to question the integrity of the investigation as we expected.
No surprise. Everything this far has been the fault of everyone else.
I'd be interested in hearing more about what the defence are saying and asking though.

Stmarysmeade might know better but would it not be true in some towns and states that a lot of people would look unkindly on their LE being run down or made to look shabby.

I would agree with this . I think they would they are also eluding to that the paramedics caused some injuries
Frizby I just saw you asked if we knew for sure it was the house phone on the first sheet of the dispatch post it says the number is 336 the rest is blocked out . So it must be the landline that was used for the 911 call . So who was Tom ringing at 3.25 am on a mobile . http://evoke.ie/news/irish-news/molly-martens-made-crying-noises-no-tears
