Martin argued otherwise. He said that prosecutors will prove that Molly Corbett and Martens hit Jason Corbett multiple times with the bat and the paving stone. Dr. Craig Nelson, the medical examiner will testify that when he took the scalp off Jason Corbett’s head for examination, chunks of skull fell out onto the examining table, Martin said.
Blood analyst said due to distribution of blood on cement paver, he believed it was used multiple times
Agree. The problem thats arising is that the most comprehensive coverage has come from the daily mail. That has recently started selling itself via ap and the information can only be retrieved from the ap via screen-shots. Its not otherwise available online.mod note: Folks, please add links when making statements of fact. Do not circumvent linking by talking around an alleged fact.
I'm Irish, I don't have a problem with tm not liking Jason's friends, I can't because that's his problem. But it's a problem for me when the term rowdy is used. Rowdy in Ireland means to me, you pick fights, like a brawl, instigate drunken bickering, involve or intervene in inebrehated fuelled fights or "Donneybrooks" as tm likes to say
Now knowing Irish lads even the wildest, I imagine they went into that house thinking they were welcome, exstatic to see their friend, even more so his happiness, they made themselves at home as the Irish do and treated sm and tm like they knew them all their lives imo. Stayed up late maybe sang songs reminiessed, slagged (teased) they probably called tm by a nickname within a few hours
This to the Irish is endearment, this to a socially inept, cold, disfuntional family is "rowdy"
Perhaps that's why he uses the term "rowdy" imo but it's highly offensive to an Irish girl here so for tm sake I hope their are no Irish descendant jurors which there may well be as our countries are intertwined by history, because they too will feel the kick I did reading it.
All just my thoughts, opinions

The donnybrook in this instance is defined in full with context within the search warrants. That is the reason we work with the definition therein.https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/donnybrook
Just to clarify a 'Donnybrook', and I'm sure BeTrue knows that it is part of Dublin, and was part of a 'fayre' from the 1200's
Why TM used this phrase, is quite baffling, especially as it was far from such.
Also I can assure everyone, having spent over 25 years in Ireland myself, that a bunch of fellas over the age of 30, getting 'rowdy' is far from picking fights etc. and more of a case of sitting up late, drinking, having a laugh, and, followed by some reminiscing, pretty much the same as any other bunch of lads together, of the same age in any other country.
That view of 'rowdy' is rather pre 1900's of SM and TM, and others, if that is the case.
IMO
Having read all the posts so far have to agree... TM being set up for the killing whether true or not.I think the defense is setting the scenario for TM to take a rap,all with TMs approval of course. we have TM stating he hated Jason, we have TM admitting to the killing. we have nothing on molly so far. TM, if prosecuted will not be incarcerated with 'ornery folk, molly, if convicted, will. That could be too much to bear for MM , SM/, TM. I think ( if it comes to it) the scene is being set for damage limitation and for molly to walk.
I was just thinking it is getting late in the day in NC...

I wish he would tweet whether the blood spatter analyst finished his testimony, and whether or not the Prosecution expects to offer more witnesses on Thursday?
