The Onslow County Sheriff's Office in Jacksonville, North Carolina and the FBI are seeking assistance from the public to locate three-year-old Mariah Woods. Woods was reported missing from her home on Dawson Cabin Road in Jacksonville, North Carolina, on Monday, November 27, 2017. She was last seen during the evening hours on Sunday, November 26, 2017.

That little girl looks very relaxed and at ease with the adult who is holding her. Even if threatened, I think a child of that age would show fear or tenseness with someone she did not know. JMO

There are not many photos where you see her lower legs.

There are a ton on the mom’s FB profile. I scrolled back all the way thru the start of 2017 and there are several where she is walking or holding someone’s hand and walking. As well as barefoot and wearing sandals. No braces.

This woman actually looks eerily similar to one of the mother’s friends but I’m assuming they would have checked that out by now and/or the mother would recognize her.

Wonder what type of braces they are? Perhaps because the problem is with Mariah's feet it could be something like a shoe insert to correct her gait? I noticed in one of the pictures of Mariah that her little white shoes look very chunky.

Article posted said the mom put her to bed at 6pm and checked her at 11 and at 645 AM she went into the room and she was gone. Her daughter sleeps for 12+ hours?????

when my daughter was that age, she absolutely did sleep for that long....while awake she was always active...but for her, she would go to bed later and wake up later...and have a couple hour nap

Jesus, you have no idea how many times we have said "check the local Walmart" swear to god, criminals hang/buy and park there. They also have great surveillance cameras. GOTTA LOVE A WALMART. IMO.

I dont live in a mobile home, but I have visited with people who do. They are small, very little insulation, very little privacy with super thin walls. How on earth would that woman sneak into their home - know where to go - and take a child and the child not make any noise....and then sneak back out. how would she know who was in there, if they were awake or sleeping? obviously, mom and bf dont know this woman...SD would have shown them the pic first, IMO..."hey do you know this woman, could that be little mariah?" i do not believe at all that is mariah.

There is a comment on the Sheriff’s post saying the woman in the photo is somebody’s friend and she has a daughter Mariah’s age. She wasnt posting her name for privacy reasons. This person has sent the info to the Sheriff’s Dept.
